Christian Brothers is truly a great example of what it means to be a light on top of a hill. Because I'm not that experienced in vehicles but they ran a full diagnostics on my car and gave me an estimate which provided a light for the next steps I should take. Not only that each man inside provided encouragement and guidance from the front clerk to the shuttle guy, each one made me feel confident that everything was going to be okay. So I highly recommend anyone to go and experience not only great customer service but also great Christian love.

Great experience from start to finish. They got all the repairs done in a timely manner. They had the shuttle take me home and pick me up when my car was finished. They replaced the engine and transmission and a few other repairs, and we couldn't be happier. Matt was our advisor and kept us in the loop through the process. I will definitely be bringing my car back for anything else we may need.

I have to say I was disappointed in my experience with the South Tulsa Christian Brothers. I had read so many good reviews. They diagnosed my Jeep’s issue, but the mark up on the part and labor was, in my opinion, astronomical. It was 6x the price of the part at the dealership. I understand that places of business have to mark up items in order to make money, but this just seemed greedy and lazy. I chose to pay the diagnostic fee and do the work myself.

I ask to fix the blockage and issue of my AC. They fixed the wrong thing at first. Charged me 360. Than fixed something else that they said should be it, still wasn't it. Told me to order a part MYSELF which I did. Then quoted me another 265 to fix it again. I'm really dissatisfied how I've been treated there and the excuses they gave me and bad customer service. 0/5.
UPDATE: after the 3rd attempt they did fix it for free labor charge. Upon request of updating this review. Overall. Just happy it's finally fixes. 2.5. B-

Unless "screw thy customer" is a core Christian value, they aren't very Christian.
My Ford cooling system blew a Tee-Connector (see photo). I checked with a well known Repair Estimator and received an estimate of $220-330 to replace the upper hose assembly. I'm new to the area and didn't know who to take it to, so I checked the list that was offered, found Christian Brothers and took it there. I got a call later that day from one of their "advisors" and was told that it would cost a whopping $800.00+ to replace a radiator hose assembly that I could get for <$110 from practically anywhere. When I balked at the high estimate, the "advisor" made the outrageous claim that the repair required "a rare part" and 1-1/2 hours of labor at $165.00 per hour (the State average is $126.00 / hr) plus two gallons or so of coolant. I contacted the manager and had him try explain this "new math" to me. I tallied $165 * 1.5 (labor) + $110 (parts) + $40 (coolant) = $397.50. Where did the $800.00 estimate come from? When I pointed this out, the manager (Hunter) said that the estimate had been revised (for reasons unknown) to a mere $580 and that I should be okay with that because his business was an "honest" one. When I asked if he had read the reviews of his "honest" business lately, he snarkily replied yes "from all 13 keyboard warriors", a derogatory reference, in my opinion. I refused service and had my vehicle towed to another shop. "Christian" Brothers, practice what you preach.

We had our Kia Sorento towed to the dealership for repairs. Our vehicle was there for several days before we were told what could possibly be the problem.. We were told they had issues finding an alternator. After almost 2 weeks without a vehicle we decided to have it towed to Christian Brothers Automotiveat at 81st and Mingo. They diagnosed our car and repaired it in 1 day. They also provided a shuttle. We truly appreciate the kind people at Christian Brothers. We highly recommend Christian Brothers.

JJ and the team at CBA were incredible. They fixed my alternator quickly and for a great price and when it was up and running there was an issue with the serpentine belt that they replaced without charging for labor. They were kind, courteous, efficient, and most of all honest in addressing my needs and treating me well. I highly recommend Christian Brother Automotive.

CBA guys were awesome. They helped me fix issues that all of a sudden appeared on a car I'd had just bought 2 weeks prior and we're willing to communicate with the dealership so that they could get payment from them so I did not have to cover the repairs. JJ was great. Other guy at the front who assisted me was great also. Hoping I won't need them again anytime soon but if I run into further issues, I'll Def be calling them. They made a very stressful situation a bit easier, thanks guys!

I would recommend this place highly in tulsa. Very friendly and upfront mechanics and service people. They will communicate with you about everything. I can't recommend this place enough! Josh was a great help.

Christian Brothers was wonderful to work with on a recent repair for our vehicle. Hunter went above and beyond to help us secure the correct part in a timely manner, and thoroughly explained the repairs needed and the associated costs. The prices were fair, the service was excellent, and we will definitely recommend CBA South Tulsa to our friends and family! Thank you CBA and Hunter for all of your help!
