“Come here all the time for gifts for my three girls and gifts for family and friends’ kids. Quality service and product. The owner has literally been there every time I go in. Staff is patient and friendly, even when I bring in my rowdy girls who like to touch everything. Have only returned once and they gave me full refund as they were able to look up my receipt in their computer system, easy peasy. Would definitely recommend.”

I am from Arkansas and I won't go to any other one, I will 100% drive out to Utica Square just to have a good shopping experience and get the things that I need in the right sizes!!! The associates are all super helpful and welcoming. I just had my first born, and they have the largest section of baby clothes, and Peggy had the most valuable knowledge and absolutely made my day by being so kind and personable. “I've shopped here for my child for years. Since she was 2 years old. Love the clothing styles and options. Super cute girl clothes. A lot of her holiday and special occasion dresses and shoes come from here. I have never had an issue ordering online and shipping to home or shipping to the store. Always have had a positive experience. Shipping to store is now an extra 20% off and I think that's worth it. I love shopping the sales and you can stack coupons and discounts. Also the only place I can buy my child jeans because they have the elastic waist band to adjust and have the sizes on 5/6, 6x-7 etc and regular, slim, and tall. It's very helpful for kiddos who are thin and have long legs. Employees at the store have always been decent in my experience and I've never had a long wait time in line or waiting for them to find my ship to store order. Ship to store pick up has been a fast process for me. My favorite store to get my daughter clothes at and she loves all her clothes from here. I think the quality is good she has had lots of her clothes for 1-2 years from here and they still look nice and can be passed down when she grows out of them.”
“We went to several places for cribs and dressers. Even high end places felt so cheap. We finally went to Peekaboo and the quality is unreal! The dresser drawers feel like real wood and are not flimsy. The crib is sturdy and doesn’t wobble. They have by far the best quality in baby furniture!”

“I need this to go as far up the chain as possible as to make sire this store is recognized. My husband and I visited this store on April 3,2025 literally about an hr from close and we're there until closing time. He sat his Coach bag down to pick up some clothes and someone walked off with his bag. He was very hysterical about the entire ordeal as he keeps all of his belongings and medication in his bag. His entire life lives in that bag. He was very upset the whole 35 minute drive home. Over an hr after close , he was called by JC Penny and all of the store associates banded together and combed the store looking for his bag and FOUND IT! Someone had put it behind some suits and the staff retrieved it! We are more appreciative than words can say.”
“I would recommend this place for inexpensive name-brand baby clothes. Onesies are typically cheaper at Walmart, but if you want to have a treasure hunt experience through this shop, you might find a few treasures if you have a little time.”

“In the days of horrible customer service from so many companies, how refreshing it is to have an exceptional experience! I went to the LivyLu store on Saturday. I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?
I will never stop shopping at LivyLu! Thank you for an incredible experience!”
