Went in to open an account, 4-6 people behind the glass and some guy in an office on the phone, not one of them can open an account. 1 window open, everyone else just doing their own thing. And not a single one can do the basic function of a bank, OPEN AN ACCOUNT.Also, the phone doesn't work.
