I had an appt with Mr. Mickey Williams regarding a secondary account. He explained all account options that would best suit my needs w/o having to pay a monthly fee. After we agreed upon an ideal account, he promptly activated it. The business session was handled in a timely manner. Excellent customer service!!

Very friendly staff! Sorry not sorry but the teller Mike is SO gorgeous! Actually had a conversation instead of feeling like stuffy bank personnel! Good job, guys!
