Giving it one star, because zero stars is not an option. Worst customer service and communication I the world!!! I cannot get away from them fast enough

Lame. I tried moving my brokerage account here from another firm. After being given the runaround, they tried to hard-pull my credit, which is frozen. I wasn't applying for any credit products, so Chuck closed my accounts. That's really lame and snobby, I would not recommend them,
