My wife got me a gift certificate for cavenders and so it was my first time ever shopping there. I'm sad to say I won't be going back. I had a really difficult time just trying to find small shirts as I'm a little guy. There was a pile of clothes on the floor I had to step over. A lot of clothes and boots that seemed to have dust on them like they had been there for a long time. It was set up almost like a goodwill thrift store. None of the staff seemed very eager to help me. In fact it almost seemed as if they were annoyed when I asked for help. There was only one cashier that had a very friendly demeanor and she was very pleasant to me and my wife as we checked out. All in all I have to say they are a little overpriced and it was definitely a cold shopping experience.

This is by far the best Country Western clothing store in Tulsa. Miles above others 1st of all the absolutely best staff, and a great selection.

I found my first pair of boots. There was a young lady that helped me I wish I remembered her name she was great she went the extra mile to help me find a nice pair of boots.

Nice place. Great products. I liked the plethora of kid boots. Great selection. The store is better than the website. Highly organized and clean. Smells like real leather and reminds me of my childhood when I used to shop with my dad at a small town boot store. Customer service was average. Veterans discount is available at the store.

Big place with great selection on everything. They even had Barbie Jeans + hats and boots galore all types all budgets.

Do not shop there. Because they have lazy sales staff. That harass former. Co workers. And manager. Won’t do nothing. About it. Celeste Maria. And sosa. They are lazy. And love. Threatening ppl. Guess Clint. Must be banging. Them. Cuz he won’t do anything. Well I will contact. Lawyer. And file harassment charges.

I'm not entirely sure why I like cavender's as much as I do. They do have a nice inventory and their level of service is equal to their competitors. But, there is just something about cavenders that I really like and feel comfortable with.

It's a very nice place and has plenty of western wear for the entire family. I wanted to inquire about a felt hat to see about getting the style I wanted, but there were some folks ahead of me that kept having a hat they were buying fitted and shaped. Buying an expensive hat I would get it shaped the way I wanted it too. I couldn't keep waiting for them to get done and apparently there wasn't anyone else that could help in that department so I gave up and left.

I went in there with a large amount questions. When I was looking for boots and a new hat. Being from New York I did not want to step on any cowboys' toes. I asked about edicate on Western where does and don't. Every silly question I ask the staff was answered. Came out great. New boot but the hat I wanted needed to be ordered and I did not have the time to the wait for a order.
