I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while now, and I recently bought a MacBook Air from them and I also purchased the warranty, I was told it was good for 30 days
I needed to run a software called Xactimate and it wasn’t compatible with this laptop, I returned right before the warranty expired, and before the 30 days was up because I wanted to exchange for a laptop that I needed. And or just get a refund. But the man inside that assisted me he’s kinda heavy set with a long ponytail, and his shirt says Martin (I don’t know his actual name) says that my MacBook doesn’t have warranty and that I can not return the MacBook and get my money back, he then said that the employee that sold me the laptop supposedly doesn’t work here anymore but I see him ALL the time here.
So the basically they lied about putting warranty on my MacBook that I DEFINITELY paid for, and they didn’t honor what their employee said.
I really wish they can fix this situation because I really love coming to this place. But this experience might just end it for me.

This store lost the excellent attention that customers received, now the service and attention are terrible, the employee PITAS, an arrogant woman with a very bad character, is the worst of all, I don't know why they don't pay attention when selecting their staff. , a person with terrible grammar, speaks Spanish that is not understood, terrible diction and terrible service

Picking up an expensive item I pawned, go to pay and they say cash only. “We give cash so we get cash”. I have no problem with that, the problem is I wasn’t told to bring cash to pick it up. My bank is closed before I get to the pawn shop. I could’ve gotten cash before my bank closed if I would’ve known that. The manger on duty could care less. Another employee said “I keep telling them they need to tell the customers to bring cash”.
The manager pointed to an ATM (which only allows you to pull out $200 at a time) and said you can pull cash from there. So after 4 transactions charging me $2.99 each. I got the cash out. I had to use 2 different cards because I have withdraw limits. This is the first time I’ve been to a pawnshop that says cash only for pickups. I’m sure they will flag this and try to remove it. Minus the manager, the other staff was fine. A new manager would do this business some good.

It was ok. I've been in this one before & they were cool. Maybe it was the time of year...maybe they'd been really busy & they were tired.... A person never knows what's going on in someone else's life. Maybe it was me... They had a lot of stuff in a fairly small store. Would I go again?..yes I would & will.

I've been going here for couple years and it's one of the better pawns in this city. Sure it's not perfect but they usually have good items and for a lot cheaper than other pawns. Pricing is reasonable and workers actually greet you, maybe they had bad workers before but new group are more inviting. Idk about selling things here but buying has been a good experience.

Update: after calling the official CS number, we got a contact back from an actual manager from this store location. They said to bring in the camera and they would make things right. They also apologized. We ended up getting our money back. :)Husband bought a camera and bought a warranty so that he has an in to return to store if it wasn't working out for him. In this case, it is unusable as the footage was choppy. He attempted to return it and one of the managers wouldn't allow him to return "because it wasn't defective." Even with a bought warranty. Will not buy anything from them again. Buyer beware!

Went in to sell a $200 watch and was offered $5 for it. Shocked and offended, I blurted out that "your offer sucks!"...to which the female pawnbroker replied, and I quote, " and so does your mother." It was appalling to say the least and although I've done years of business with the establishment, sadly, I will never step foot in this place again. Need to keep your people in check Cash America!!!

Today I ran into the most rude and incompetent people I have ever met in a pawn shop. One did not understand Pandora, the other lied to me about an article I have had in many times, and neither one understands antique jewelry. They acted like I was bothering them. Maybe they don't like people who don't look like them?

I have been going to this pawn shop for years and have always had great service. Not today. As soon as I walked in the door, the woman behind the counter got an attitude with me. I guess she doesn't like people who don't look like her. I showed her the bracelet I had pawned many times but had to explain to her that it was Pandora and I had removed the charms. A pawn shop should know what a Pandora bracelet is. When she didn't understand it she went to get a manager. The manager understood it, but would not take any of my other jewelry. She did not understand antique jewelry. You would think they would train their employees a little better on the value of jewelry. The manager wanted to know which other pieces had been in and I showed her a necklace. She lied to me and said it had never been in, even though my pawn history was right in front of her. Both of these workers were rude and unpleasant. My recommendation is if you need to pawn something, go to a place where they have been trained in the value of jewelry and are not rude.
