Been going to this pawn shop for over 16 years, never had any issues staff has always been nice the items I got for purchase cut me better deals,lost a item to layaway and talked to them and they worked things out and talked to me an listened great place to shop I recommend this place to every one !!!??

Walked in.. nobody spoke. Walked around..nobody spoke. Stood at the counter.. nobody spoke. The manager just so happened to come out the back and asked if I needed help. I was there 15 minutes with 3-4 other employees in an empty store and didn’t receive help. The manager was helpful when she did come out and I was sure to let her know how terrible the customer service was. Do better. For a business that thrives on its customer base the employees sure don’t care for them. Do better. Or hire more enthusiastic people who pay attention. I only ended up spending my money because it doesn’t go into the pockets of the weirdos working here.

Only go if you want to be treated rudely from start then they will insult you with their offer. Cherry on top is that they then price it just under new price so you can see how badly you got screwed. I’d rather use Cactus for toilet paper than talk to their staff

Not sure if the guy Vince is a manager but he's definitely a jerk called to simply ask for the store hours because of the holiday and he decided to make me feel stupid and ask a question with a question and never gave me an answer. I guess you can spend your money with them but you can't ask any questions?

They were pretty rude wouldn't even take my item out of the box if I had said commercial grade personal water purifier I'm sure they would have taken it
