Iwanted to pawn a Bose Quiet Comfort headphones(retail $329) and the employee stated that they do no pawn these products and they sell the exact headphones for $15. I stated that if so, I will buy EVERY Bose headphone they had to sell for $15.( Not one could be found!). The employee was rude and inconsiderate and obviously knew nothing about headphones. Bottom line is Cash America Pawn lost a customer forever

Called to see how much interest I owed on my ring and the person I spoke with was so freaking rude I couldn't believe it. I was in the hospital and I was sending my son to pay it for me. That ba$&@#d was so rude can't wait to get my ring and never I mean never go there again!

Worst ever! Manager is absolutely rude! I have a 1600 Samsung laptop was wanting $450 loan. I have. 100% history many loans 400-450! He tells me it’s too much money but 300 isn’t! Ridiculous not to mention I waited 15-20 mins never acknowledged while the manager totally ignored me. But when 2 white customers came in and was waiting 1 minute as he was finally helping me. He was very quick to greet them and apologized for their wait! That’s my experience at a place I’ve used for years. He was rude and short! Very seriously considering a B.B.B. Complaint. If he wasn’t so rude I’d probably let it go but this whole experience was horrible and I will never use this location again! #done

Employees are rude. They dont even know or care to look things up so they just make up prices. I regret being a repeat customer to this lousy pawn shop.

Absolute joke for a pawn shop extremely rude customer service. And only wanted to offer 40 dollars on 400 dollars worth of brand new stuff. Would never recommend this nasty place

Ash is the man! Great people who do treat you like you're human. Very fair $ either for pawn or to sell. I have had many a great experiences there, like my Vipraspectra 95 watt grow light for instance.

I've not met an employee at this location that has not been professional. They all are helpful and friendly and the place is clean. I'd give a couple more stars if I could.
