I’ve never been a “real” customer but I’ve had links taken out of my watches bracelet, as well as the bracelet clasp tightened/adjusted. They staff have been super polite and accommodating to me & my worries/peace of mind on my watch. Thank you.

Barrett at Diamond Cellar has been the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable and really enjoys what he does, which is evident by his excellent service. He has helped me with everything from a wedding band to Rolexes. If you make it in to DC, ask for Barrett. You won’t be disappointed.

I really love this place. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Ive always been offered coffee when I walk in. A very pleasant place shop and on Cherry Street, this is my go-to spot for jewelry and watches.
