Catherine was the young lady who checked us out at the cash register, she was excellent,fast, cheerful and professional, a real asset to the store at 31st and Memorial in Tulsa, the store was well stocked and prices were reasonable.

Amazing company! Got a pair of boots noticed the heel was cracked after driving 60+ miles north, called they said they would swap me out, had to go to the other store but they kept their word. Very greatful for Boot Barn and all the sweat helpful ladies working in both locations. Definitely going to continue to shop with Boot Barn.

People on the floor could have been a bit more attentive to customers but overall good experience.
