Be prepared not to be helped. Went in with a question regarding something customer service advised me. And all the worker had to say was you have to contact customer service for that. I can’t do that. I Asked her if she could call customer service from her end. She said no because they are going to want to know info about my account. I told her I can give her whatever info is needed. She still refused to contact customer service for me. So I proceeded to ask her what suggestion she had to help me resolve the misinformation that customer service is telling me. All she has to say is we have the same info that customer service has so I don’t know. I told her that I can provide proof that what customer service is saying is incorrect. She then looks past me and starts helping another customer. Never apologizing to me for interrupting me to help someone else. Even though I wasn’t finished talking to her about the problem that I was having.

Daniela seriously had the best customer service! She had so much experience and knowledge, and still helped me even though I didn't order from her store. She fixed a problem that I have been dealing with for 3 weeks now. Thank God for Daniela!!

Switch to boost Mobile! I had the best service I've ever gotten at any place I've ever been to get a phone. I almost like everything about this new phone that I was not charged an arm and an leg for it. And I have no contract on the new phone it's mine. Wow so far I'm very happy with the service as well I doubt I'll have to come back and update.

I was in here with a friend to upgrade her phone WHICH I BELIEVE SHOULD'VE BEEN A FREE UPGRADE CONSIDERING THEY DID INVITE HER BUT HEY WHATEVER it only took 2 HRS seriously hence why I went thru t mobile much better phone n service but this place is ok I know there's better out there

Unfortunately, this location is Usually out of EVERYTHING!!??♀️ I am Often referred to a different location. It's a matter of Inconvenience because I live South and am told to drive to their 'Main' store in East Tulsa. And this happens A LOT.....smh.??

I had to activate a line and add it to my family plan. Hugo was awesome. While on hold with the head office to make the transfer complete, he told us we could go ahead and he would call the new line once it was activated. Hugo called ten minutes later. I've been with Boost for over five years. This is the best Boost store I have ever been in. Thank you, Hugo.
