I was in here with a friend to upgrade her phone WHICH I BELIEVE SHOULD'VE BEEN A FREE UPGRADE CONSIDERING THEY DID INVITE HER BUT HEY WHATEVER it only took 2 HRS seriously hence why I went thru t mobile much better phone n service but this place is ok I know there's better out there

Unfortunately, this location is Usually out of EVERYTHING!!??♀️ I am Often referred to a different location. It's a matter of Inconvenience because I live South and am told to drive to their 'Main' store in East Tulsa. And this happens A LOT.....smh.??

I had to activate a line and add it to my family plan. Hugo was awesome. While on hold with the head office to make the transfer complete, he told us we could go ahead and he would call the new line once it was activated. Hugo called ten minutes later. I've been with Boost for over five years. This is the best Boost store I have ever been in. Thank you, Hugo.

My daughter and I have been Boost customers for about 4 yrs and we both love it. I wanted to switch my elderly mother to Boost because AT&T kept raising her bill (Same reason I had switched). We drove to Tulsa because the store at Muskogee is pretty awful. We went to 31st and Garnett at first and the girl there tried to get everything going but it was obvious she didn't have a clue what she was doing. After 4 1/2 hrs she told us she needed to start over and it would be at least that long again. My 80 yr old mother & I were both exhausted. I got a refund & we left. We tried again 2 days later at 61st & Memorial. Ariana was working that day and, let me tell you, that young lady is a joy. She worked so hard to try to clean up the first girl's mess but AT&T didn't want to release my mother's number, even though she's never had a late payment. That company is the devil. After about 3 hrs we left with the assurance that Ariana would keep working on things for us. When she says, "I got you," You know she means it. She worked so hard to get things fixed for my mother, even while I know she had things going on with her mother having surgery. To be under that kind of stress and still excel at customer service is worthy of praise indeed. She was off to be with her mother so Alandra took over and between the two of them they did the impossible and snagged my mother's number from AT&T. Alandra is another who excels at customer service. I wish these two ladies could get a raise. Boost has far too many employees who have no idea how to do the job they're hired for. And on top of their lack of knowledge they greet you with a wooden expression as if their face would break if they smiled. Or, as in the Muskogee store, you can't understand a word they say. So refreshing to be helped by two beautiful young ladies with smiles on their faces who make you feel like you're not imposing and that they really want to help you. And they actually know how to do their job and do it extremely well!

They do a great job as always with me especially the young lady that helps me out on 31st and Garnett and young hispanic lady I forgot her name she does a great job he's always helping us people who need help with EBT and I thank her for a lot of things and I appreciate that it was also a lady at 61st and Memorial Weekend help me out there also don't remember her name but she does a great job there I wish she operates that that store there but I was going to say you guys do a great job thank you
