I was recommended by a friend but my experience was not what I was expecting. I came in with the impression of the internet price and they raised the price on the vehicle. Told me the only way to get to the online price was if I financed with them. The salesman wouldn’t show me numbers unless he ran my credit first after I told him 4 times that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that.
Left feeling very uncomfortable with my visit.

Very poor customer service. The service department is VERY careless. They are NOT willing to fix their mistakes caused by such blatant carelessness. Not to mention the absolute disrespect they have for customers who aren’t regulars. I have only written one bad review EVER, and it was to warn others. Please avoid this dealership if you can.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
Probably the worst dealership I’ve dealt with across the country, coming from someone who drives 50-70k miles a year. Terrible communication, horrific service department (Theresa specifically should be avoided), and piss poor customer service. Brought my truck in for a warranty claim (scheduled appointment) and sat waiting for an hour and a half from my scheduled time before someone helped me. I tried to speak to 4 advisors in that time and they all told me to wait in my truck until an advisor came to speak to me. Fast forward a month and a half later and they’re finally “done” with replacing my EGR cooler. They were supposed to have ordered it ahead of my appointment, only to sell it to another customer a couple days before I arrived. Leaving me waiting 2 1/2 weeks for another one to come in.
As for the install itself all of the bolts and clamps were loose, and I only got a 1/2 mile away before pulling back in to have them address the issue. Still was not resolved.
Came back in the following day to speak with the tech who did the work, and he was unable to see the problem. Told me the squealing sound of an exhaust leak were normal turbo sounds (ignoring all the black soot under the hood). I finally got under the hood myself and was able to find the loose bolts and tighten them myself.
Not to mention they flashed my truck with updated software and set off all sorts of lights on my dash due to the flatbed on the truck, and it turned on a backup beeper in the settings. This is an issue I went back in three times to attempt to have resolved while I was in town.
Conveniently, none of these additional attempts to fix my truck were recorded in their system. The continued attempts I’ve made to fix their mistakes have been costly and time consuming for me.
Take your business elsewhere, avoid this dealership and avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

Hands down, by far the absolute worst customer service experience. Roy was very eager to sell me a brand new 2024 Grand Cherokee L. I traded in my Lexus sedan to upgrade to a larger vehicle. I live out of state and just recovered from a craniotomy two months ago, so an online purchase seemed like a great idea for my situation. The day I received my jeep, I noticed immediately the cockpit was glitching and ringing and I contacted my salesman, Roy. He assured me nothing was wrong, it is brand new, and instructed me to take it to my local jeep dealership which is over 25 miles away. They weren’t able to see my vehicle till the following week, they are still unable to diagnose what is wrong with my brand new vehicle and now I have no vehicle to take my kids to school in nor attend my medical appointments. Roy continues to forward my calls to voicemail and has completely failed to take any accountability since he completed his sale. The manager also does not return my calls, I’ve left several voicemails. I have contacted a civil attorney and filed a case with the BBB. The prices are not worth the headache. Beware, keep looking.

I tried to work with Korey the best I could. They kept wanting me to submit a credit application even though I am already pre approved. They told me they would not help the car fit in my budget (which is only 1.5k- 2.5k difference).

After buying a used car at this dealership we got it home and parked it the next morning it had a puddle of coolant under it. So we contacted the dealership and pretty much got told “not our problem”, even though the coolant light came on when we went to test drive the car ( yes I know that should have been a red flag not to buy, however we couldn’t find any leaks) After taking the car to a reputable repair facility diagnosed the car it need a water pump, an almost $1500 repair, turns out it also need plugs and ignition coils, another $400 repair. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. This has been the second bad experience with this dealership. Simply do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The sales person we dealt with was nice and made buying easy, but that does not make up for the lack of responsiveness after the sale. I understand not everything can be caught but this was a major repair and cost us.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Bought a car with 7 miles on it and it didn’t even make it to its first oil change before the engine had catastrophic failure and had to be replaced! Had the car back one day and the starter went out and had to be replaced as well. Lee with the service department is the only person who has been kind, caring, helpful, and understanding of this extremely irritating situation! Hope no one else has to go through such a headache when purchasing a new car!

The truck is awesome so far! However, I'm not real happy with the service that I received... The sales rep told me my truck would be detailed and I would receive a full tank of gas. The only cleaning that happened was it appeared that someone took the floor mats out after I test drove it in order to make the carpet look clean, and I also only received a half a tank of gas. Furthermore I had to ask three times for the "we owe you" paper stating that I would get the grill piece that was missing. The finance guy was not very nice and made a couple snarky remarks about the finance choices I made, on top of not giving me any paperwork. This caused me to have to drive all the way back, waiting almost an hour, just to get what should have received 4 hours prior. All in all, it wasn't a real pleasant experience.

My husband and I came in to use a teacher’s special they were having for oil changes and they fixed us up! We also both had tire pressure lights on and they fixed that as well. Great group of people, Chris Rodgers was our service advisor and he was very nice and welcoming! Will be back again ?

So I go in to patriot reason being They was advertising about negative equity On vehicles while I went in there spoke with A guy named Jake, the patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealership in Chandler screwed me over big time. They sold me the car with negative equity on it. Check Engine light was on Service airbag light windshield was cracked now keep in mind. I asked them to fix these things. It was refused, so I tried to see if the new patriot would make things right well, the salesman named Jake and the manager at the new patriot Just prove to me, I’ll never be their customer again. Keep in mind I waited seven months for my Oklahoma title for my vehicle. I also had to pay the penalties that they refused to pay because they don’t know how to do their job I had to call the manager to ask for the sales guy, Just to figure out what was going on, they ran all my stuff Saturday never heard anything back. Everyone, please watch out for these people. I’ve already spoke to Corporate . This will be my second time calling.

These people are terrible. I was trying to trade my car, 2016 GMC Acadia Denali. I let them know I would be upside down, they said no worries we hae so many rebates we can get that taken care of. So I fill out the Credit Application on Friday 8/16/2024, the guy I spoke with said I will give you a call back in 1 hour. I guess 1 hour never came because I never heard back from them. Even if I was not approved, they should have had the common courtesy to call me back. Here we are almost a week later and still I have yet to hear from them. I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!
