Spent over $2000 to fix my check engine lights but the light still doesn’t go away. I think they just turn off the check engine light without fixing the issue. Call them today but no one pick up. Left their online chat AI message but didn’t get a call back.

Harrison our service adviser took great care of getting things lined up and fixing our air conditioner fan and battery. This service was faster than trying to even schedule an appointment with Bill Knight Ford. I called there 4 weeks ago for the same issue and they couldn't get me in until 9/11 to diagnose it. Then it would have been a week plus for parts and service. I waited a week to determine what we were going to do with the vehicle. I called Riverside and was told it might be 3-5 days before diagnosis due to Labor Day. Dropped it off on Wednesday before the holiday. Harrison was back on Thursday and informed on timing to get it looked at. He got the vehicle in on Tuesday and we discussed issues. Parts ordered to be there by Wednesday and said you all would try to get it done by Friday. I missed his call around 11 AM Friday when the vehicle was ready. And like that it was in and done by you all even before the other dealer could see it. Great service by Riverside Ford

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve brought my vehicle in multiple times for repair. They’ve messed it up every single time. And then when I bring it back to have it fixed, they hold onto the car for 8 days and still haven’t touched it. I can’t get a date from them when my car will be Fixed and returned to me. I’ve called 20 times and can’t get anybody to return my phone calls. Don’t take your car there unless you want it messed up and have to take it somewhere else to fix it.

This dealership has been a nightmare since we purchased our Ford Explorer in 2022. It started with not giving us all the information regarding what’s included with the initial purchase, to taking 18 months to install a part that was back ordered, to “fixing” a recall that wasn’t truly fixed, leaving my car with a potential severe issue. I will NEVER go back for any reason! Beware of every department from sales to service!

I took my wife's Expedition in due to a noise that seemed to be coming from the transmission. They kept the vehicle for 2 weeks and said they found it and fixed it. After picking it up, the noise started again. I called Harrison, and he said the Tech was out and he would be back in a couple of weeks. I made an appointment for 3 weeks out and brought it back then. When we arrived, they had no idea what it was there for and said it would be a week or so before they could look at it. They didn't care that they made the appointment and just shrugged their shoulders. We took the vehicle and left. The next day, I called and left a message for the service manager explaining the issue and asking him to give me a call. No call back or response in 2 weeks. They obviously do not care about their business.

River Side Ford was a great choice for me to buy my Ford Maverick.
They were easy and fair to work with.
When my Maverick arrived it had a different price than what I was told when I ordered it. River Side gave me the price I was quoted when I ordered it. The finance people did not try to talk me into buying something I didn’t want.
I am very happy with River Side Ford.
I have had my Maverick serviced several times since I bought it at Riverside Ford and I can say they do a great job with attention to detail and me.

Update. Called to discuss as you asked. I was sent to the voicemail of an extension with a full mailbox.
I’ve used Riverside Ford a few times. The level of service has continued to decline each time.
A few months ago I had my truck in for a scheduled Service and recall repair (backup camera). Oil and filter, fuel filters, transmission, transfer case, along with front and rear differentials. I also requested they change the crank case filter. I dropped the vehicle off at 7 and asked if I could expect it back same day. They told me it wouldn’t be a problem. But, when I went to pick the truck up, the crank case filter and recall hadn’t been completed yet. They then asked me to bring it back at a different date for those items.
Current situation-
I called to schedule service for a warranty repair and oil change with fuel filters. I was transferred to Dallas to schedule the appointment. When I arrived this morning I had to update the Service Advisor on my issues. He took all my information and informed me email was the preferred form of communication. He let me know if I called I would be disappointed. He wasn't mistaken. He should have been a little more transparent and let me know I’d be dissatisfied with all attempts of communication.
Once I was finally able to speak with the advisor this afternoon, he let me know the oil change was complete, but we were still 3-5 days out on diagnosing the battery issue. (Ford Pass not working correctly). I told him to figure my bill and I would need to pull the unit out of the shop. He said he would do so and I could put it up now. 5 minutes later I receive a voicemail stating “Good news, we didn’t complete your service, so you don’t owe us a thing”. So, in closing it appears my truck sat for 8-9 hours and never had a thing done to it.
Do not use this dealership if you value your time and communication through the repair process.
