they were lifesavers today!! i originally had a makeup appointment scheduled with blo drybar across the street, well, my MUA didn’t show up… so i went right across the street and waited until they opened. Deidra was the only one working and was so sweet and even started my makeup until Randy, who sells Trish E. products, showed up to finish it. they now have me as a customer and they carry amazing products!

Absolute trash of a company. When having issues with placing an online order (a gift), I was told I had to create an account for an order to go through. I did that and the order was still flagged. I called their "customer (not)service) and was told there was nothing they could do. Or I could go into the store and buy what I needed there, like its just fine to inconvenience me more. No Thanks.

I have visited this store three times to give it a fair shot. There is one employee (I think she is also the manager), and she strongly recommends her favorites and is not informative about options. I have made two purchases that I am unhappy with, feeling pressured. I visited the store this week because of a notification that they have a special offer for my birthday. I need a new foundation and asked for a recommendation. She steered me to her favorite brand and when I suggested it didn’t feel right, she continued pushing the product. I asked about another specific brand I had like before and she tried to steer me away. Reluctantly, she offered to match my shade. I asked her if she was upset with me and she said yes because she already showed her favorite. I asked if I should leave the store, and she said yes. She did not even offer the birthday gift. I have spent hundreds of dollars on overpriced skincare for myself and my husband this year at this store. I am done with this store and done with Blue Mercury.

Very unhappy with my experience. The employees alone are why this shop would receive 1 star. They were very rude and unhelpful, condescending language and seemed as though they wish nobody was in there. The products are high quality, but over priced. I would not want to waste another minute in there when I could go get actual help or a better value from another vendor.

I have been searching for a place like this since I moved to Tulsa. I had a feeling this would be my new favorite place! I'm so excited! They were so helpful! I got so many things I needed. I stocked up. But, I can't wait to go back for more. They also have my favorite NEST candle! I'll be back so soon! I loved it!!! Thank you ladies!!!
