Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma is an incredible organization. They are changing lives and we are lucky to have them in Tulsa. I have worked with Melissa Ramirez on some projects and find her to be equal parts kind and professional. They are doing good work and I am grateful!

Maybe pick people who truly want to be in the program for the right reasons. And reiterate how important their presence is for the kids. Not like the absent who comes around trying to be the hero and then leave without explanation. Do not recommend this program anymore

They do not vet Big Brothers very strictly because they are desperate for men to volunteer. They will try their damndest not be held accountable for any "incidents" with these Big Brothers and sweep it under the rug. Beware of that before signing your child up.
