Great selection of bikes and gear. They carry more brands than other shops in Tulsa. Knowledgeable staff are always helpful.

We've been looking at ebikes for quite a while. We stopped in and talked to Scott a while back, he let us test rode and told us about the ebikes and how different bikes rate. We left with our buying, but he was so helpful that when we decided to buy we went back and bought from him. We're retired and travel with an RV, he helped us get set up, installed our new carrier on our RV, hpwd us with accessories and helmets. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend him and his staff!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice staff. I’ve recently got into biking and they are great at explaining everything. They have an excellent selection of bikes, gear, and everything you’d need. Great people, selection, services, and clean store. Check them out.

Brought my Cannondale e-mtb here for warranty service. Todd was super professional and did a great job handling the warranty and keeping me in the loop on timing. They had to drop the motor and replace the battery, when I got the bike back everything was dialed with no issues. I had to drive 2 hours to bring my bike here and I would do it again for this level of service.

Not just a fantastic bike shop in general, but a pillar of the community. Excellent selection, whether you're looking for electric or traditional. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else in Tulsa.

I was searching for a bike shop today. My only requirements were selection and customer service. I called a few places and even visited one before arriving here at bicycles of Tulsa. I was greeted and found that they have a great selection of products and they had just what I needed. Others told me it would be five days or I could pay more money to have it done faster. Whereas bicycles of Tulsa offered to go ahead and do it immediately and have it done in the next 15 minutes. They didn’t try to charge me more money or get one over on me they just helped me out. On top of being personable, available, and helpful, they charged less than any shop quoted me today. Happy to have found these guys.

I wish I could give this bike shop more than 5 stars. Knowledgeable, quick, professional mechanics and excellent customer service. We were traveling down the interstate and our bike rack broke and dragged one of the bikes. They had everything in stock to fix the bars, seat and reset up cables. They also had a used rack with rails to fix our broken bicycle rack with updated one that should not break. Since we were traveling and many miles from home, they moved us ahead and got us on the road in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Bicycles of Tulsa.

Best bike shop in town. I've been in several times to buy cables and cable housings when I've had one break. Really nice guys and very reasonable prices. Based on the excellent experience on the small stuff they're my choice for all cycling needs. Just did a great job for me trueing an older wheelset. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a new bike or need service.

Pros: Great location. Best selection of bikes in town. Their sheer volume is shocking.
Cons: Any service you need on a bike, even the smallest thing, takes several days to a week or more. I've had same-day repairs done at Spokehouse, Phat Tire, Bixby Bikes, T-Town Bikes, and even Sun & Ski. For whatever reason, this shop takes forever to do repairs, and in my research it's typically slightly more expensive than Spokehouse, but cheaper than Bixby Bikes. Bicycles of Tulsa has also flat-out refused to do my repairs before or claimed they didn't carry a very common part, before really listening to what part I need. I always end up going to another shop and they're always confused as to why BOT turned me away.
Staff generally seems annoyed when I ask questions, but my questions will likely lead to me buying more parts or services from them, if they could just be nicer and work with me a little more. Oh well. I'll keep shopping at stores that value loyalty and service and take time to help their customers.
