Best Buy sucks! They'll never get our business ever again. We've spent a lot of money here but no more. Disappointed with Best Buy and Geek Squad. If it's not one thing it's another. It's a waste of time and money for extra coverage on warranty coverage. The employees tell you one thing but then you find out different later on. They need better training. I'll shop local small businesses from now on, plus get someone on the phone that actually speaks English with a local company in which I'm happy to say I'm glad I did business with them after the disappointments we've had with Best Buy here recently and in the past. They use to be a decent company. Not sure what's happened with them but we are done.

Great place of service if you get the right person. Megan helped me when my apartment flooded and had to deal with insurance. I had to go back several times but she made it worth it

The store manager at the store on Olympia in Tulsa lied to me about geek squad coming to help me St my 2000.00 dollars worth of equipment i found out i only get a 20% discount and when geek squad got here he couldn't do it he blamed the Internet but a good friend of mine that knows about computers fixed it in less than 3 minutes it's all just a scam nobody will tell me the managers name I'm going to take back mostly everything i bought there then im cancelling membership and credit card they suck a big one best buy lost all integrity lie lie lie well f..k you whatever your name is I'll be seeing you very soon and you will be giving my money back you good for nothing lying POS

But There is not all product display.... So advise to gobon line before visit to store.

Unfortunately I usually have a frustrating experience when I shop here. Lots of pressure to buy and pressure to get the extended warranty.
I like to just look around and take my time sometimes but that's not possible. I suppose I should not complain about too much service! ?

Best buy is a descent store. On this trip I had to scan a tag and pick it up at customer service. I did not like that. They took 20 mins to tell me they couldn't find the part I was looking for. So I had the guy check with installation and guess what there it was!! I don't even work there. Geez guys get it together! Or I won't be back!

Me & my son were a little upset , bc we drove over hour , to get some new dvds & they quit selling them in February.... I couldn't believe it!! This is an electronic store & more , in actuality I know that we've bought dvds , NEWS FLASH , to me , ..I need to get out more lol ? , my son is 20 yrd old & has autism, he was super happy to be going to Best Buy, fot him to geta new dvd, it's all good , he's happy , bc we went elsewhere.. Nice store ?✌️

If I could give Best Buy zero stars, I would. I’ve financed through them several times over the last few years and paid off two laptops using the Best Buy credit card. Unfortunately, that resulted in me getting scammed / burned by their business.
The credit card was paid off and should have been closed when they charged the card $200 six months later. The charge was for their Geek squad service renewal, that I never used, did not authorize, and did not want.
I never received a notification they were going to charge the card. I found out about the balance months later after they charged a few hundred dollars in late fees.
I tried to resolve this with customer service and after talking to 10+ people, and two 45 minute phone calls, they refused to refund the amount at all because I was outside of the “60 day window”. No one was empathetic or willing to help me at all.
Now I’m left with a charge on the card I never authorized and have to pay over $200 of my own money to fix. Not to mention my credit score has taken a hit due to this.
I was a loyal customer but will never do business with them again. If you have any kind of financing through them.. beware and read the fine print. Cancel everything and stay away.
