Great place of service if you get the right person. Megan helped me when my apartment flooded and had to deal with insurance. I had to go back several times but she made it worth it

We buy a laptop, sale person help us to find lap top what we was looking and explain on warranty & Mebership program. But There is not all product display.... So advise to gobon line before visit to store.

Unfortunately I usually have a frustrating experience when I shop here. Lots of pressure to buy and pressure to get the extended warranty. I like to just look around and take my time sometimes but that's not possible. I suppose I should not complain about too much service! ?
