Patty and Benefit is absolutely amazing! If you want your brows done right you just need to make an appointment with her. My brows looks so good that I don’t even wanna wear make up lol they frame my face perfect! They are the perfect color and size! I can’t say enough good things about her! Well I guess I can. She was the sweetest!

Being in cosmetics for 16 years I was highly impressed by this location. I was greeted promptly at the door. Which I have never experienced at another Ulta location. The entire store was pristine and highly sanitized. I felt safe to try on anything I wanted without worry. The staff was incredibly kind and necessary. Will not go to another Ulta location. Bravo!! Give them a raise. Truly impressed. I’m a Mac customer and their Mac counter looked so incredibly clean and easy to try.

Walked in, given the 60 second script on deals ("we currently have a $10 off $50, the entire store, etc.). I politely listen, say thank you and then off to shop. In less than 5 minutes, I got a couple items totaling about $65 and am back at the check out counter with the exact associate that recited all the coupons to me. She rings me up, hands me the receipt (with no discount). So I ask, oh what happened to the coupon? She says "oh, you wanted to use a coupon?" Like, what??.. I said never mind and left. This is exactly why I stick to shopping online. Thank you for the reminder.

It was my birthday yesterday, I came in to buy some makeup products and perfume. I also came to see if Juvias palace had in a liquid eyeshadow. So of course as the associates usually do I had two people come up to me and ask me if I needed help with anything but I knew what I was getting so I was fine well I started to notice that I was being followed around in the store a little bit first red flag second red flag once I got to check out the lady that decided to check me out proceeded to look deep in my bag. Then whenever I pulled a lip gloss out of my bag to put on she proceeded to stare directly at my lip gloss as well. She did not attempt to smile or anything. She seemed on edge with me as well, so I started putting two and two together. Given I was the only black woman in the store with my child, maybe that had something to do with it. Who knows. We all know how racial profiling goes. So she was passive aggressive. She was treating me as if she suspected me to have been stealing
she wasn't really friendly at all. her eyes were a giveaway that she thought that I was stealing and watch me leave the entire store it was not a pleasant experience and all I could do was just mug her in return because I couldn't believe that she literally took the time to look inside of my bag as if I had took something whenever I grabbed my wallet. I have not once ever been a thief, and to be treated like that on my birthday is crazy. She didn't have to speak to me for me to see what was happening clear as day. Crazy because I have never had this issue with Ulta, I've always heard about it but never experienced it.

Don’t recommend going here for hair services. The last three times I’ve booked an appointment on line, gone to the salon, and waited until past my appointment time to then be told that they can’t do my hair because they’re overbooked or running behind. May not seem like a big deal to not curl someone’s hair but when I plan that for an event and then it falls through, it’s very disappointing.

Ordered on line just to avoid the very Horrible disgusting Hatred that injust faced and had to endure emotionally due to a Emily @ 5:30 Pm @ the 41 location she was very Much racist and Rude. It's disgusting disheartening and a very Bad look for the company. I love Ulta but I shop online because of the way those ppl treat people of my Race it's very sad and disgusting.horribke horrible horrible im store experience.

I've been here several times, but today I had my best experience so fat in ANY ulta location. Faith was our cashier, and she recommended a palette for me and recommended my daughter to change to a different cleanser after my daughter commented she has sensitive skin. She was so helpful and patient with us, would definitely be coming more often here even if it's not the closest location for me, and would definitely be looking for Faith.

Daughter went in to have a basic wash and the stylist almost ruined her hair. My daughter always took good care of her hair. Decided to give them a try. She tried giving the stylist tips to help her since she has curly hair. Stylist claimed she knew what she was doing. .Most people with common sense know you do NOT dry brush curly hair wich can create tangles. Then another stylist had the nerve to say "some people dont know how to take care of their hair." I have never encounter a business that treats people like this. I'm not surprised they are not good with anything that is not straight hair. Arrogant, overpriced and over rated. Will NOT be doing business again!! Mainly because of unnecessary comments made and lack of professionalism

I love the products here but don’t come to this location if you are a person of color. This girl kept walking around us. It felt racist. I didn’t want to make assumptions, but she was really rude when we went to check out. I could just be paranoid. The other workers asked us if we needed help but Lilly (the rude cashier) just hovered around us. Felt uncomfortable and not a nice atmosphere.

Michelle’s staff is so kind and accommodating! They let me do two transactions at my request, and when they were unfortunately out of the birthday gift they happily substituted it even though I told them I was okay passing on the gift if they were out. Amazing customer service, love for the ulta team as always ??✨

If you can afford this place it's a good place for wemon got my wife some perfume in and out on black friday not to bad can't say that about alot of other places in tulsa
