They need to get that air conditioner working. This was going on, before it even
got hot as it is today. No way you can shop more than 30 minutes. No trying clothes on. The workers have several fans around them, just so it’s bearable for them!!

My husband and I were on a mission on Saturday afternoon to find a men's light-weight leather jacket for an upcoming event. Being April, it was proving difficult to find one. Our online search found one in stock at Belk in Tulsa (on Olympia). Grace, the sales representative we spoke to, was incredible! We showed her the photo, she immediately knew which jacket it was, and exactly where it was located on a clearance rack. Grace had tremendous knowledge of their inventory. She also has such a bright, friendly demeanor. That was our first visit ever to Belk. We will definitely be shopping there again.

Melinda the sales clerk went above and beyond the call of duty. She was great with helping us understand how to get the best deal and helped us with an on-line purchase. . Huge inventory. Highly recommend this store and shout out to Melinda!

Went to the Tulsa Hills location today, and when we went to checkout with my teen daughter’s shirt, the cashier, trinity seemed to be mad we would even burden her by being there. No hello, thank you, nothing. She barely acknowledged us the entire time. I get having a bad day, but at least don’t be rude. I won’t go back to this location again.

I wish I could give zero stars. This review will be of two days worth of experience.
On the first day, and me second time going in this store, I was looking at the boots. It was my kids, my husband, another customer and I. The person working the floor on the shoe department gave me 0 knowledge while the customer sitting across from me received a greeting and a “let me know if you need help.” I decided to leave after the same employee kept making negative remarks and gestures at my kids who were being kids under the supervision of my husband. I grabbed my stuff and left.
I came back the next day because I really liked the boots I saw and I had two pairs ready for purchase. I went over to the cashier by the men’s department and she had a customer waiting there before me. So, I told her it’s okay I can wait, well this cashier took it very seriously making me wait 15 minutes after she was done scanning their items and paid for. When I told her I was still here and I got tired of waiting and I was going to another cashier instead of helping me she kept taking to the customer she has already helped instead of myself. This is the worse customer service I’ve experienced at a place where there was about theee shoppers in the entire store. It was RIDICULOUS.
