absolutely terrible bank , after i made my qualifying deposits, they lost the money and then erased all transaction records from their database, after proving to them that i did infact make the deposits and have hardcopy records from them as well as from my chime accounts, they told me that they don't know where the money is and that my subsequent deposits of $600 will have the same course of action occur, and that they have chosen to freeze my accounts

I didn't really like Bank of the West but at least when Timoco Love was there you were taken care of with kindness when there was an issue. Customer service went right out the door when BMO took over. We've had this account for at least 9 years as a couple and my husband had it before me. We'll be going elsewhere.
Edit to add: Jeanie was the employee who was very rude to both my husband and I on separate occasions. Acted like we were interrupting her day when there was literally no other customers in the bank. I went to show her something on the app on my phone and she snatched it out of my hand and started tapping around without asking me and still never actually answered my question regarding the app. Also told me my husband declined to dispute a fraudulent charge "because it would have changed the number on his card" but he was there to pick up a new card so the number was obviously going to change and the charge had not yet posted so it couldn't have been disputed. I told my husband afterwards and he had no idea what she was talking about and said she never even offered to look up the fraudulent charge. Worst experience with a bank employee I've ever had and the entire reason we will be closing this account.

Run away. Go somewhere else - BMO took over and went from ok - to no customer service. I feel sorry for the employees- BMO cut way back.

I'm required to speak to a customer service representative before being able to use my debit card but when I call the recording says they don't have enough staff and the wait time will be over an hour, then an hour and a half later it says their system has problems and hangs up on me. BOTW needs to figure this problem out instead of passing the inconvenience off to their customers.

The slowest bank you could every possibly go to. Two cars in line and it takes over 30minutes to make a simple deposit.

I truly believe this bank is as bad as you can possibly get. Rules seem to change every time you go there. IMHO If you want something, they won't do it. I think the tellers and managers are for the most part as rude as you can find anywhere. I think their fees are astronomical. I am convinced there are far better choices out there. I don't understand how they even stay in business and I think they keep getting worse as time goes on. If you stay away from this bank altogether I believe you will thank yourself for it. To me they don't act like they even want your business. I will never go there again.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service at both Bank Of West locations in Tulsa. The staff and managers have been courteous to me and to the issues that I have had. Richard was always the first one to greet me and thank me and take care of me when I came in to the bank. It was niceTo be appreciated

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The people there do not care about the customers and are happy to drive them away to better places like credit unions. I'll never do business with them again

Have had an account with this bank for awhile. I had a cashier's check from another bank, with the stub still attached, and they wanted to put a hold on it. This bank doesn't take care of customer's needs.

Best customer service! I enjoy talking to Eric, Stephanie, Jeanie and Anthony (before he left)! They always made banking so easy and personable. Robbie over at the Sheridan location is super nice too!
