Bank of Oklahoma's disregard for federal guidelines and exploitation of usurious rates warrant a one-star rating. Despite the expectation of fair and transparent practices, the bank's conduct falls short, prioritizing profit over the well-being of its customers.
Their imposition of exorbitant interest rates reflects a blatant disregard for ethical lending standards, placing undue financial burden on borrowers. Furthermore, their failure to adhere to federal guidelines demonstrates a lack of accountability and integrity.
Customers deserve better than to be subjected to predatory lending practices and ignored regulations. Until Bank of Oklahoma demonstrates a commitment to ethical banking practices and compliance with federal guidelines, it remains an institution to be approached with caution and skepticism.
I would like to elaborate on the level of illegal manipulation with this bank. The person in charge of business loan approval went into great lengths to interrogate me about my family mental health and break HIPHA violations

One of the rudest security guards I've encountered. I was there to open a business bank account and the security guard kicked me out because he assumed I had no business there. Well, I'll take my business elsewhere. On a separate note denying access to such a historical building is such late stage capitalist nonsense and corporate greed. Don't buy a historic landmark and then deny access and profile people based on their appearance.

I had my phone number changed because of spam call and I called to try to change it at BOK.... yeah right! They asked several questions, all of which I answered except for my driver's license # ... I haven't had a driver's license in about 10 years and two months ago I had my right leg amputated and I'm bed bound (my daughter takes care of me) and now BOK demands I go to the courthouse and get a notarized document stating what the new phone number is. This is the most egregious, ridiculous demand from a bank. I'm looking at starting a new bank account online and getting my money as far away from these clowns as possible. They discriminate against old people.

The amount of disrespect from Jeremy Griffin is ridiculous. Not one encounter but numerous with this same guy and his ridiculous disrespect. I would not go to this bank if you own a business. He is very rude and pulled up my personal information without my approval for his own personal reasons. I will be reaching out to corporate to speak about this. Racial profiling for sure and I will not stand for it or his disrespect. What kind of bank is this to hire such disrespectful people that represent your bank.

Security guard screamed at my wife for taking pictures outside of the building! I want a supervisor to correct this issue with the very disrespectful security guard. Working Wednesday night.

Disgusting security guard on September 26th 2022, talks to people like a prison guard. I’m sure George Kaiser would be appalled! I was with a group of 5 ladies, taking senior photos. It was difficult to hear the guard, who was barking instructions at us regarding the building. When I touched the building with the palm of my hand, he screamed at me ‘what’s wrong with your ears!!’ and would not quit screaming at us. I’m a 53 year old woman, in no way meaning to disrespect a property. Obviously this person frequents with the worst people and does not know the difference. Not a good look for the bank. I will gladly take down this review if this situation gets given attention.
