This is the absolute worst bank and experience in banking for me. They used to not allow you to cash a non member check w out speaking to a manager. And for an $8 fee to customer. Now they have a limit to for cashing a check from their own bank.
The stated my check was to much but didn't know w out running the check. Then voided my check and wouldn't cash and told me it's my problem.

I opened my account with Brandon and he is the sweetest person, he explained everything to me after I bombarded him with questions. I was hesitant of coming to this office because of all the bad reviews but Brandon made it worth it coming here on a sunny Saturday morning. The process was super quick

RUDE! I get greeted with do you have an appointment I stayed no but I have been in there repeatedly to get my name changed and was NEVER told to make an appointment. One person tell me I have all the documents another tell me I missing documents, then today they tell me I will have to wait so I proceed to wait as I watch other customer come and go after I have checked in. Then the financial advisor who did not give me her name comes and tell me and my husband that someone will be with me shortly. A hour later I’m still waiting and I see another person who comes in after me get help finally I just leave. Go to a different location and get right in NO APPOINTMENT WAS NEEDED. Never again I wanted to open my business account there but I think I’ll go elsewhere. This location is unprofessional, rude and I felt like since I was not a certain race they brushed my service off.

They are very rude, especially the women who speak racist, heavy Spanish, they play with the person's time, they ask me if you are going to help me and after 'more than 1 hour waiting, they tell me no. Since 4pm the Lady was unoccupied the only thing she was doing was walking and talking to each other and pointing out to me because she has no education that is a lack of respect and as a client I don't fly anymore she has to put a Person with value and as a bank she should put more attention to your customers and because of the comments I am not the only one that staff is working very badly ?

My sister when there to open an business account and a personal account and the lady that was helping her we forgot to ask what her name was but she was being so rude to my sister, i was on the phone with her and i told her that my sister wants to open a business and a person account, and my sister want to know if she can do both today or does she have to make another appointment? But she acted like she don't know what we were talking about ? and say oh you need a translator i told her that I'm her sister and i can translate for her but she just ignore me and call someone on the phone to translate for my sister so i was like wow ok find. But they needed for her to bring back some documents about her residence something with her name and address on it. So i when with her with the documents,that lady saw my sister and already calling the translator on the phone already so we when in and i told her that i will translate so we don't need the translator but she say no we talking about Financial here and i want someone that can explain what i say, so i was like oh wow ok fine it not my first time translate i been translate for clinic and hospitals before but ok. And than she look at the recipe that was for the rental and it has my sister name and address and the landlord signature on it but they still refuse it they wanted her to bring in the lease letter so me and my sister got mad so i say forget it we will go to a different bank and just left. We did when to a different bank and got everything done with both business and personal account on that same day.Hire someone that is willing to do there job and help customers.

The counter agent today was beyond rude and disrespectful. I called to complain after I left and of course no one answered. I went in to simply get a cashier check at the counter. She had my ID in hand and my debit card and because I wasn’t sure which phone number was on the account she starting rudely questioning if this was really MY account while looking at my ID! Then she started questioning me about whether I know how to use online banking which had nothing to do with my transaction. Again, she questioned me “are you sure this is your account”? Like seriously! You’re literally looking at my ID! The entire time, she was so rude and dismissive. I really wanted to speak to a manager which I will do on Monday.

Terrible. Drive through closed. Just like every other BOA it seems like. Time to close all my accounts.

The folks at this branch are some of the best. I will always be a BOA customer. I had an issue that I needed some help with and the lady that helped was so helpful and nice, I can't say enough about the customer service here, they are awesome.

I had high hopes based on their initial greeting and helpfulness. However, prior comments proved to be true regarding the lack of professionalism and interest in putting the customer first. Premier customer or not, they lack the training and critical thinking to navigate complicated financial processes. The most frustrating is the lack of respect for the time of others and managing their own time and resources to effectively complete financial transaction. It is hard to change banks, but sometimes it’s necessary so you can trust that those who hold your most valuable assets have the skills to also hold your trust. Those at this branch sadly do not and it reflects poorly on the institution as a whole.
