Had an interview here today and the interview was very rude and wasted over an hour of my time before denying to move me forward in the hiring process due to arbitrary results of a random aptitude test that I could’ve taken at home. Worst interview experience I’ve ever seen in my personal career. Extremely unprofessional and rude to waste an applicants time like that.

Had the worst experience ever I have banked here for 7 years and never had a problem until today! Halley made me late to working taking 20 minutes to make a checking deposit! Was so rude I had to push the call button to see what the problem was! Wish the usual girl or Miranda was working they are both amazing and this would've never happened!

Went to go make a deposit for the company I work for .They would open the door because I was wearing a baseball cap ...This smell like racial profiling to me in 60 years I've seen this before ....... Then asking me for my personal I.D and my social security # on an account that I have absolutely nothing to do with staff is very nasty and rude I would never do business with a bank like this...and they're racist at this branch

Ive been at this bank for 2 yrs and havent had good luck . Ive had suspicious activity on my card 3 times and never got a notification. money has been randomly charged to my account without authorization of any kind. And customer service is pathetic

I make daily deposits for my business at this, the 51st ST location. Building a good report with people is great customer service. I find that I look forward to my deposits. The staff is beyond friendly and courteous. I like that they know my name and the service I need as soon as i pull up to the window. Thank you all for all your help with my banking needs. You make my daily banking seem more personal and even fun. Keep up the great work and awesome service.

Do not bank here. Non-banker trying to cash a check from tribe and the employees are acting as if it’s a fake check 30 minute wait time, the racism is all over your faces.

Ordered a new card they screwed that up failed to tell me then ordered another card it's been over a week still no card they dont seem to care I cant do business without it pay my vendors or receive cash app not helping at all

We visited the 51st street location and set up new accounts..Jacob was very friendly, professional and helpful and took care of our requests..We had orginally planned to do business with another large Oklahoma bank (Bank of Oklahoma) but decided to move all of our business to Bancfirst because of the unfriendly, unhelpful attitude of the person I spoke to about coming to the bank to set up the accounts....he was very emphatic that I would have to make an appointment as they only work on an "appointment only basis"..Never any mention that they would be happy to take care of us..I guess they already have all of the business they need!

From my experience, the branch personnel I've dealt with all earn five stars. Truly THE BEST customer service you will find. Unfortunately, banking also entails online banking and bill pay. BancFirst bill pay is AWFUL and the online banking has some shortfalls. I'm going to give it a little more time, but I'm disappointed to say that I will likely be moving our primary account elsewhere as I need to be able to see what's going on with my payments and easily track expenses for tax purposes.

? LEAVE YOUR MASK ? IN YOUR CAR. You must remove it to enter building and entire time you are inside. I didn't know until I was up to the door. I didn't want to put the mask in my pocket or purse. Hopefully this will help everyone in the future ?
