It seems like they are all about the sales, not the customer. I have purchased several machines through Be Sew Inn over the years. It would be so helpful it they had a better process for processing orders from their conference booths! I made two purchases at the Branson AQS show and was told that I would likely have the items within 10 days. After a month+ I called the Tulsa store and was told one order was there for pickup and the other item was mailed to me which I never received nor was I called. They were going to check out this issue and let me know when I picked up the one item. When I arrived they still had no answer and “got side tracked” and didn’t check it out (I live an hour away). There were no other customers in the store. I was told they didn’t have my phone number. Please note my number was on the order form as well as my email and they had called me 4x to try and sell me a machine. I left with my 1 order with a promise to get back with me on the missing “mailed to me” item. When I left and opened the package it contained both orders! I called to let them know. Sadly, I will purchase my next machine elsewhere.

Veronica is very knowledgeable and helped me find a machine that was an improvement from my old machine, but not too expensive. She also helped me get the best deal possible and I ended up paying just a little more than half the sticker price!

My wife and I visited this store a few days ago and I could not have been more disappointed. A salesperson helped us and I have never been more offended by a salesperson. My wife advises her that we are searching for a serger on a very tight budget. She then proceeds to try and sell us a machine that is almost $2000. Okay, I get that. However, not only did she try to sell us a very expensive machine, she proceeds to tell my wife that she is wasting her time by purchasing a lesser expensive machine, that she won’t be able to thread it, and it will end up in the closet if she doesn’t buy the air fed machine. She called the lesser expensive ones “closet sergers.” To be clear, I understand a commission based agent trying to sell an expensive machine, but to completely discourage my wife was unprofessional. My wife left completely discouraged believing she could not use a serger until we could afford a $2000 machine. It was a very frustrating visit.
Update 03/19/2024
My wife learned to thread a standard serger very quickly. She has been sewing for almost 4 years and can re-thread her serger in about 3 minutes (on her second attempt after buying the machine, it took her about 7 minutes). It has been anything but a “closet serger”. A couple years later, I am more than comfortable saying the salesperson was genuinely dishonest. No way she did not know better. Not sure if she is still there (I believe her name was Mel, she appeared to be in leadership at the time), but I would not recommend this company, nor this salesperson!

Walked around this whole store and not one person spoke to me. Terrible customer service. There was an employee that walked right by me and said nothing. Came in the door there’s an associate, nothing. I’ve worked retail for well over 11 years now. Common sense to greet a guest obviously isn’t so common anymore. Never going back.

Took Elna 6300 Quilters Dream for repair and was told $50 to check and would be done in two weeks. Followed up twice after that time, but still not ready. Got call several days later that nothing was found wrong but machine needed to be cleaned at additional $149 and I agreed. Picked up machine, took home and immediately noticed no light. Took back following day and requested light bulb. Was informed this would be $30 for bulb but they would have to order and would not get for 3 weeks. What kind of repair shop does not have a common bulb that is used in dozens of sewing machine models? And why did the repairman not immediately notice there was no light? Even though we purchased this machine years ago at B Sew In, we won't be back.

I actually have an old 1998 5 spool Elna serger. I placed it at B-SEW INN for complete service. I was not happy from the initial service. They honored my re-paid agreement. When the machine was return 11/28/2023, I was 'very' happy with the full maintenance and the service. The service person also cleaned the exterior of my machine, looking almost new! They get 5 STARS! plus 5 more stars!I shall soon buy a new embroidery machine from B-Sew Inn.

Although this store is full of shiny new machines, I still have a favorite one that is now about 25 years old. I love that there is still a place that I can bring it for service that's competent. While I could probably now purchase a cheap "throw away" machine for the price of a good tune up and servicing, I love being able to use my old machine. Thanks B Sew Inn for keeping her alive and running smoothly!

199$ just to look at a machine to see what may be causing an issue is ridiculous. Won't be going there again!

I have a baby lock soprano that needs serviced ,this is the only place that is listed as a repair cleaning shop in the tulsa area . I have emailed 2 times in the past month and called once had to leave a message. I have yet to hear back from them. Bad service all around here. I love my baby lock but can not travel a few hours away to drop her off and drive back again. Very disappointed and FRUSTRATED ?
