LOST MY CAR PART! I'd rate lower if I could. Needed a front catalytic converter swapped. Told me to bring me car in the morning and they'd have it done the same day. Brought it in to be told they can do it tomorrow instead. So I drop it off then. Wait all day for them to say no that they don't trust the jib done before them. (That's fine as my buddy did the swap for me just fine) HOWEVER! I get to my friends to do the work and realize I have no manifold heat shield. They took it off and forgot it. When I picked up my car they literally almost forgot to give me my catalytic converter as well. Negligence. It was too late to call so waited for them to open so I can get my heat shield and I'm told "he doesn't remember taking it off and we don't have it." Fantastic that they won't even reimburse me to order one and nothing can be done about it. Go here at your own risk as anything they mess up they pretend it never happened. I know 100% the heat shield was there because I saw it literally the day before. Beware of this place.

Great experience, honest business. I thought I had a catalytic converter going out because another repair shop told me so. I took it into the shop and told them the converter is going out. I need to replace it. He looks at it calls me back in a couple of days and said, your Catalytic converter is good I tested it. I’m not charging you because we didn’t do anything. The fact that he could’ve replaced the Catalytic converter and charged me however much because I was under the impression it was bad shows how honest they are. It is hard to find honest auto repair people these days, but when you find one you want to tell everyone.

Hands down best customer service experience I've ever had with a shop. Called them this morning with a fuel filter I needed put on and with no hesitation he told me to bring it in and was done in less then 15 minutes. Best experience Ive had and will definitely be recommending to people and will definitely be my mechanic that I go to from now!!!!! If this had ten stars that what would put. Highly pleased with the awesome amazing service I received today. Thanks again guys.
