Mark the manager even helped me save $75 when the car rental company wanted to charge me for "excessive dirt on the floor mat". Mark and Kevin did a fantastic job and treated us excellent. Becky in the office is a wonderful person that helped get my rental when the rental company was suppose to be helping. They go the extra mile. Just all around excellent customer service I am very satisfied with my car. They even fixed the recall when I didn't think it was possible due to it being a big recall. Of course I hope I won't need them again... But if I do ... There's no question where I will go. And my car was washed outside and inside detailed. Very highly recommend them”

“After purchasing a 67 GTO Sport Coupe in need of a Clear Glass drivers side window a few years ago, I had all but given up on finding one There are a few coke bottle green ones available out there (and I did buy one just in case, plus 2 clear hard top versions that were guaranteed to be correct for a coupe from a couple other original parts outfits.) Saw B&T add on craigslist, called and Frank answered and immediately knew my dilemma and said "I have the correct one", A bit pricey, but I believe it's the last one available on the planet, so what do ya do? I was a little skeptical after all the scammers and BS I had encountered in my search but took a leap of faith. 5 days later it arrived! Packaged very well and in perfect condition. YAY! “Great work and even better customer service ! Took my car in for front end damage, told the owner I didn’t need the 100$ grill replaced and he replaced it for free . He also got some scratches out for free (accidental but didn’t even ask me to pay for it) turn around time was very quick ! While I was in there he had what seemed like regulars come in, probably because they know this is the best body shop around. 10/10 recommend. Side note, they also have a very cute shop doggo.”

“I was in an accident and had my car brought to Buddy's after reading great reviews. My car was initially held at Copart until the insurance could review it. I called Buddy's to see if I could get a quote because the insurance agent told me my car might be totaled but we had to wait for the adjuster. Buddy's was very helpful by letting me send photos, giving me a quote, helping me understand the insurance process, and recommending how I could get more info on the value of my car so that I could be prepared based on the insurance claim outcome. I'm very grateful that my car was able to be repaired. Buddy's worked very quickly on my car, kept me informed, and answered even more of my questions at pickup. They are very honest and helpful folks. I can't recommend them enough.”
