I went in to buy some Trekkers pants. They did not have my size in store but offered to order them. Apparently, they are on back order, so they could not order them in store. They said I could order them online. When I tried to order them online I could only get free shipping if I was a member. I don't want to be a member. I just wanted to be a customer. Now I am neither.

I visited this store earlier today, there was no customers in the store other than myself and not one word was said to me, not even a greeting. I will definitely not be back and I hope no one else experiences this, I think that the employees there can learn to be a bit more welcoming.

I wasn’t very impressed with this store. Some blonde lady wasn’t very kind. She basically insulted me for liking a neutral. I had an oversized sweatshirt in my hand and she thought it made sense to show me a tight fitted shirt. There was a man working there and he wasn’t the nicest either. I was told I need to know to use email next time my rewards need looked up. Thanks for your hospitality! You didn’t give me the best impression of Tulsa. Very disappointed considering I am always shopping at Athleta!

I was recently at Tulsa store exchanging three items. New items needed to be ordered online and Melissa sales person handled this transaction. Acting pretty put off if I might add. Anyway we place the order and I get one of the items 6 dates later. The other two items returned to Athleta for insufficient address. Then I call the store in Tulsa and surprisingly Melissa picks up. I explain my issue and she tells me I have to call Athleta customer service and dares to ask me how I got the first package but the second one the address was insufficient. Gee I don’t know Melissa I wasn’t the one typing it all up in the computer. Anyway love the product don’t wanna shop in Tulsa store. I guess online will be my stop next time. Needless to say I canceled the items all together. Tulsa you can do better for your customers!!!!!

I like Athleta brand so much better than lu lu lemon. The quality is better and for me so is the fit. I like their colors and patterns better as well. Just an FYI, they do not carry swimwear in the store anymore.

I drove up from south tulsa to go and at 6:05 found stone closed!!! Not happy because the website still reads seven o'clock and people still in store shopping... change the web site hours if you have changes, so people know not to waste their time and energy coming up here.

This store is pure chaos (so busy on the weekends!), but the staff here is amazing! I've gone into the store several times to buy my favorite running sports bra (the Glory 2.0 btw), and they are so helpful in helping me get it ordered and taking advantage of every promotion. It always seems crazy busy in there, but I love the hand scanner check out. It's so easy to get in/out of there fast, even when you have to order something special. 10/10 recommend!
