Daniel is the most knowledgeable associate we have ever dealt with at AT&T! Extremely satisfied with everything. The manager was very helpful and supportive of her staff. Great environment!

One of the guys I spoke with was extremely rude. There was another gentleman there who was friendlier & willing to answer my question. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

The man at this location named Bryan is not only an amazing customer service guy that takes care of you and makes sure your experience is smooth but he is also a great human being a genuine person and a great all around man a marine of 31 years I plan on being a repeat customer with Bryan I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me anything but like he was my friend trying to set me up with the best possible stuff this man deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

Lazy like a days are cool employees. Snobbish employees who didn't not have or contain the energy to ask, question or address any concerns or instruct a customer on proper instructions or the best features about a phone.

Dallas was great! He listened to my needs, and didn't just try to sell me. He provided insight, and took the time to truly help. One of the best, in store, experiences I've had. Manager, Gary, was also insightful, polite, and helpful .

Hands down the best experience that I have had at a store to date!! Dallas took great care of every issue I was having, made upgrading my phones easy, and made the process enjoyable. He listened to what I was asking and even helped me with figuring out my bill. He took his time and I never felt rushed or an inconvenience at all. Very personable! I will be visiting this location 20 minutes further than other location because of the staff!! Amazing service!!!

My rep was named Dallas, and him and his team was able to help me with the greatest of customer service. They were very nice and knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend using this store for all of your DIRECTV and AT&T mobile phones and wearables. These guys are really good at the job they do!

Approximately one month ago I woke up to a dead Iphone. I took my phone to the store to see if they could help, but unfortunately, they could not get the phone to work. I stated that I needed to walk out of the store that day with a phone due to work, Kassandra advised that I was eligible for a new phone and proceeded with the purchase. I initially was going to pay cash but had no access to funds due to no phone so had to do an installment plan with plans of paying it off by the first bill. When the phone was set up none of my pertinent information transferred over - this was not good as I needed that information to do my job. Kassandra advised me that I had not back my phone up to the cloud - advised her that it is an automatic process so that was not true. I also was unable to make any calls from the phone. She then inserted a new sims card to the phone, and I was able to make calls, but it was essentially a brand-new phone with none of my data from my old phone. I told her that this was unacceptable, and she stated I can take my old phone to be repaired at the store next door. I left the store because at this point, I needed my contacts from my old phone, so I went to the cell phone repair store, but it was closed. I drove to another cellphone repair store that was able to fix my phone. 5 days later I returned the new phone to this store and the tech that assisted me was very helpful. She reversed all fees and told me I was all set. I received my cell phone bill on Saturday to find out that I had been removed from my old plan and placed on a new plan that was higher than my grandfathered plan without notification. My husband went to the store today as he was instructed by ATT customer service and advised that it was not their job to hold our hand and that an email was sent that outlined the changes. Since it is outside of the 30-day window they would not be able to place me back into my old plan. The tech stated she would not go back and forth with us when asked when does purchasing a new phone kick you out of your current plan? When asked for a manager we were told none was available and was not provided with a way to contact them for further information/assistance but advised that we could return later. I have bought many phones from this store since it has been open, including one of the first iPhone. When it was destroyed by the tornado, I returned to this store once it reopened several months later. This is a disappointment and poor customer service. I will seek a different store to assist me in the future or change service providers all together, I'm sure this is not a big deal to this store or ATT, expensive lesson learned.

We had the BEST experience today at this location. We had started at one store but ended up coming to this one instead. Our sales person, Justin, was just awesome. He very clearly explained how our trade ins would work and helped us figure out which phone was most appropriate for each of us (there were three of us). He was thorough, communicative, and super friendly. We were dreading this errand today, but Justin made it SO much better. Thanks so much! ?

Was checking around to find a new phone line. I ended up talking to PJ and Gary. They were both amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend this store for future AT&T purchases.

Cassandra did an exceptional job taking care of my husband and I. She answered all of our questions, was delightful, did everything with a smile and an attitude of serving her customers as her most important agenda.Cassandra deserves a raise! Not many young people today understand what it means to serve another person.She is very impressive!!! And definitely an asset for the AT&T team.Thank you ?Sandy Holloway

Rep Justin was very nice and knowledgeable. Even help set up affordable service for being disabled. Ask for his help if you come in to store ask for Justin he’s been a big blessing!
