The young lady that was working that day. Was on top of her game. So much so, that I gave her a fairly generous tip(she could get a good lunch). Smart and beautiful. I'm not a great fan of the service side of assist. But to see this girl again I will keep going back.

TK helped me a lot,being a kidney patience, she me a number for DHS and got my food stamps updated, and was able to get a government phone to help out, she is fantastic to what does and doing great business helping those that need help.,.this place is the best place to go, awesome service, extremely helpful and if you a problem she will help you fix the situation. My place to go.....keep up the great work!

The young lady TK has been a joy! I been trying to get a phone for 2 days for my son! And she help me without getting all I needed! The fact that she took the time that she did to help me! Was great! It is not too many people that offer the good customer service that she did for me! I have been to this location a few times! And I have never gotten the good customer service experience that I have gotten the past 2 days!

The assist wireless at peoria ave is great, had a problem with my dad's phone acting up and TK hooked up with a new phone with no trouble at all. Best service EVER!!!

Reason for visiting assist wireless that day was due to my account being closed unfortunate event for anyone. Luckily I was able to reapply and reconnected unfortunate losing my phone number which had for 5 yrs it still a issue having to update so many contacts related to number. As to service the time I had to use other ways to spend valuable time I was thankful for ability to reapply and reconnected that were the 4 ? comes in if not for service and politeness of representative rate would be 2 ? inadequate number of sales representatives covering over head cost not climate control temperature warm while inside making it uncomfortable at times. Overall 4 ? needs improvement to achieve 5 ? ?
