Great experience! W. Felicia -Usually it takes a little bit to get set up but it was quick process.
She went above providing quality service also quality products. Bought a phone she took the time to make sure the phone was working correctly & set up.

So there was a mix up. My phone got shut off. So I went to the store. That's where I met so far the best employee I've ever dealt with at assist. And I've dealt with them for years. She was very pleasant and professional. There were 3 other people in the store. And she still engaged with me. And then continued to help them. The system was down that day. I was upset about my phone. But how could you be upset with the sales person when she was so pleasant. She helped me above and beyond what she needed to do. And when the system was up the next day she called me and got me all setup. When i walked in the door.my phone was ready to go out the door. She continued to be professional, Courteous. Throughout this entire thing. I'll be honest she is the one reason I went with assist again. I almost went somewhere else. But her professionalism and ability to handle a tough situation ON HER OWN sealed the deal for me. Her name is Brea. I didn't catch her last name. But she is the one. She will be a manager soon i believe.

She didn't introduce herself and stayed on her phone most of my visit. She did give me a case & I was the only customer but it seemed like approval took 4ever. Never mentioned anything about the film cover as well.

Ne-Ne from store 2008 was one of the most professional women worker I've ever encountered something technical happened with everyone's phone she worked tirelessly and professional was able to keep everyone calm collective she is well deserving of a promotion and definitely deserves a raise and a medal ? I'm not exaggerating at all she very quickly got everything in order she is a wonderful asset to your company!
