We just witnessed the most disturbing unprofessional employee meltdown ever! An employee by the name of Sam totally lost his cool. My wife and I were in line patiently waiting for the couple in front of us to finish service. I’m not sure what they were talking about but out of the blue Sam started cussing real loud and yelling profanities. We backed away out of fear of being caught in his anger with these people. They were afraid of him as we were too. We called the police.I understand that we all have a bad day occasionally But that guy Sam is a huge liability. We will never go back to that store again.

The person that worked here tried to set me up with a tablet. The tablet " didn't work" . It was the last one so he told me to come back. When I went back another employee told me the table was already given to me. So now I have no tablet. There is no proof. Just their word over mine.

Recently, I visited this store and had the most upsetting and hurtful experience. To start off, I purchased a phone from them in September and it has already broken and I was told by the employee that it had no warranty and they could not exchange it either so, my only option was to purchase a new one. I'm pretty sure I was previously told something different but I desperately needed a working phone so I purchased a new one as I had no other option at the moment. Later, the internet stopped working so I drove back to the store and explained the situation to the same employee. Previously, she was polite and helpful and there were no issues. However, this time, she was impatient, rude, and hostile to the point of anger. I explained that I did accidentally turn off the mobile data button (but immediately turned it back on) just in case that caused an issue. I was trying to give her all the necessary information in order to help facilitate successful troubleshooting. But....that was a mistake! She quickly became oppositional and told me "It was fine when I gave it to you and now you messed it up. That's not my fault" and handed the phone back to me. She did, however, reluctantly call customer service for me but the phone was going dead since it wasn't fully charged at the time of purchase, so I explained this to her and connected my phone to an outlet in the waiting area so it would be on in case c/s needed me to adjust a setting etc. She did not protest about this at the time. However, when I asked her a few questions about the service, etc. She became visibly more agitated and rudely responding to me so I asked her why she was so angry with me. She told me that I came into the store with a lot of energy and asked a lot of questions and messed up my phone and now expect her to fix it and she's not going to do it this time and I was working her nerves and she hasn't had her anxiety pill yet. I was utterly shocked and didn't even know how to respond to that. So, I said that I also suffer from anxiety so I understand but I don't mistreat people like this and yes, I asked for her help because she works there and she sold me the phone. I requested the manager's name and number, which I did not get, and then she got angrier and told me that the store is not a charging station and told me to leave the store which I did without incident. Another customer walked in and witnessed the last of it and I was so humiliated and felt so belittled and traumatized by this unsolicited and abusive treatment by this employee. I was not rude to her at all when asking my questions or mistreat her in any way. Yet, I left there feeling emotionally battered and extremely hurt. I realize this woman has an anxiety (and apparently rage) disorder but that doesn't excuse mistreating customers who are spending money there and relying on you for help. I called another store to get a higher-up manager or phone number but never was unsuccessful and was referred to call the customer service line and was told that they are sorry it happened but nothing further was done. I also went all weekend with no internet because customer service did not fix the problem either. Finally, after several days, my third call at least, and much time on hold, the internet problem was fixed but the c/s rep promised that a supervisor would call me to follow up on my complaint but no one has. Enter this store at your own risk and make sure to ask if the employees have taken their anxiety pills before you ask anything else related to your cellular service. Unbelievable!

This would be less than one star if available. On May 23rd at approximately 2:30 p.m. a lady I was with went into the store to attempt to get a phone and tablet. There was one lady with glasses working behind the counter. The overall service did not end until approximately 5:30 p.m.. during this time multiple other customers came and went after being taken care of. For some reason the lady behind the counter had the lady customer go to Kentucky Fried Chicken for her to get her something to eat which the lady did. What kind of business is that? Also again the overall time that the lady that went in as a customer was in the store is uncalled for. This should be looked into by Assist Wireless.
