I was in there today and Jay helped me. The store was VERY clean and well setup. He was extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy or anything! A real good experience. There was a delay for whatever reason but they were kind so I just came back later on and everything was great with it all ready to go for me. I'd actually give it 5+ stars and I feel they earned it. Especially compared to other places with similar services.

Joshua is a great customer service representative for your company. I was extremely upset with the last visit to the assist wireless on forty first street last week. Joshua was very nice and helped us and then my son walked away with a great phone and a working one at that. Thank you so much joshua you are amazing

Had a great visit and the guy who took care of me went way out of his way to take care of me. I really appreciate it and I send out a huge "Hell yeah" to the people at assist wireless. Go there f you need a good phone and a rightous plan.

It was better than I had imagined it would be. There was 1 person ahead of me & I didn't have to wait long at all. Service rep. Was polite & helpful. got me taken care of & out the door in a timely manner.

I went in to get a phone and the young man managing the place was professional, the inside was clean and even though I couldn't wait on the full activation time because of work he politely took care of my phone and allowed me to pick it up the next morning. Thank you Joshua.

They don’t listen well. Last time I went in to inform them of an issue that my son’s phone was having, the lady took my phone and looked at MY settings handed it back to me and said, “Now it should work.!” I responded, “My phone works!” I’m talking about my son’s. After she checked his settings on her system she actually had the audacity to say, “That’s only going to be $3.00.” I gave her the money just to get out of there. She’s horrible. Not going to mention her name. I have some questions but $3 to answer my questions is ridiculous, especially when it wasn’t our fault. Something on Assist’s side. I won’t mention that before being disabled I worked as an Apple Technician for years and to listen to her yap and try to fix a nonexistent problem was straight up bewildering . And I had to listen to her yap about her hair getting pulled out by Cherokee Nation for a drug test. seriously ?

Lucia was outstanding with her service n consideration! Made my visit easy n enjoyable! If anyone in the future asks me where do go im going to send them to this branch over all others, she makes it worth the gas to drive out to this branch! I wish all assist wireless employees were as kind n thoughtful as she was to me, detonation will return next year for upgrade if she's still there! ????
