If you are in need of a night guard you have found the right place!!! Brad is the kindest, caring, and most thoughtful dentist. He genuinely cares and helped me in getting the right night guard for me..Anicia did an outstanding job scanning my mouth to assure a perfect fit for my new night guard. Then meticulously tweaked it to ensure that perfect fit! Nice team work to both of you at Aspen Dental.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming! I didn't wait very long for anything, and when there was a slight delay, I was checked on and updated about the delay. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for. I highly recommend!

The dental assistant Anicia was super friendly and helpful. The dentist Brad was so easy to talk to. He sat with me and went over the X-rays snd the details very carefully. The office manager Ryan went over the finance plans very thoroughly. I was very pleased.

Office staff and hygienist were all helpful and friendly. The dentist was agreeable at first but quickly became impatient with just a few questions, stating he was very overbooked and needed to move to the next patient to stay on schedule then hurried out leaving the office staff to explain his recommendation for treatment. He had said no cavities were seen on the images but the office manager said I needed a filling for a cavity and I was confused. He refused to come back, and the office manager asked him to explain and came back with a snippy comment that I wasn't dying and that the dentist was too busy to come back. Overall, I came in 20 min early to do insurance paperwork but waited past my appointment time and after scans waited another 30+ min for the dentist to look at the scans, so clearly even as a first time patient I felt very rushed. Brad, the dentist, spent maybe 5 min discussing my scans in very condescending terms.... I don't think my case was complicated but he struggled to hide his frustration with just a few simple questions. I was disappointed with his dismissiveness. I was told I didn't qualify for even the full benefit of my insurance due to the rating of my exam?? I will make sure to tell others from my employer that although they accept our insurance and have weekend hours I really can't recommend anyone to their care. I really wanted it to be a good fit. I would say the other staff deserves a 5 star review but the dentist may want to consider his facial expressions when talking to patients. Maybe I was a bit slow to process some of what he said to me but a couple minutes could have made a difference here.

I love love love this office. The entire staff is so wonderful and personable. I actually don't dread going to the dentist for once, haha! Finally I had an office take me seriously when I requested permanent fangs. Before we started the work, Dr. Brad talked me through what the process would look like and what kind of commitment I would be making with all of this. They're informative and definitely ethical and make sure that you're happy with the work they have done. These folks are awesome!

The staff was welcoming, they smiled and showed genuine concern for me. They were not pushy or harsh. The dentist was down to earth and nonjudgmental. I think I have found my fave dental office :)

Had a lot of work done with this location. The root canal’s failed due to errors made during treatment. In order to receive proper treatment elsewhere I agreed to a General Liability Release of Claims. In this document Aspen Dental agreed to refund all previous treatment, and pay for the implants, abutments, and crowns for the teeth that received improper treatment without claiming any liability or wrong doing.I just finished the recovery process for implants and went to schedule my appointment for abutments and crowns. Unfortunately, my new dental office has not received payment and I am again having to communicate with Aspen Dental for a resolution. While hesitant to make this review initially, the payment issue has put me past my breaking point. Please do not get work done with Aspen Dental. It has been a long and exhausting experience I would not want anyone else to go through.

Ryan- William- Leslie - Anecia and Dr. Brad. They all were very good to me and it seemed like the doctor was as competent as any I've had work on my teeth. They all are well mannered and will try to make you feel at home.

I went in for severe tooth pain, I knew my tooth was infected and desperately needed a root canal. They prescribed me 3 days of antibiotics and put my appointment out for a week. It was on the Saturday before I started feeling the pain again had to wait all day through Sunday. Come Monday I called several times left two voicemails heard nothing. Tuesday they called to see if I was going to make my appointment but I already knew it was back infected. To re-prescribe me antibiotics that they informed me should have been more than 3 days. A mistake they admitted on their behalf and wanted me to come in again even though the trip had already cost me $500 and was going to be a total of $2600 and all they had done that first and only day was take x-rays. So for x-Ray’s and a root canal it was going to be ridiculous. And since I couldn’t make it in I have tried to call several times leaving multiple voicemails still have not been able to reset my appointment and haven’t received a call back. I warn u do not go here. They have gave me as much of a headache as my toothache not to mention the fact they are taking $37 out of my bank account every week and I put down $500 for nothing but X-rays.Now I’m in pain supposed to take a family vacation with my 3 year old next week and trying to tough it out

Worst dentist I've ever been too. May have to sue, the dentist himself is great but the billing guy took advantage of my elderly grandma and started charging her credit card for random stuff that hadn't been done without saying anything to anyone. I then went in to have it refunded and he lied to my face and said he refunded it months ago and he was just trying to help me by taking advantage my grandma but there system is down so he can't tell me what he charged or refunded. Luckily I recorded him on my phone saying it was all refunded so very well see them in court.

DO. NOT. USE!!!!! I started my nightmare with them in February last year because they were close to my house. I had a toothache. First visit doctor went through and made a planned treatment plan. I paid over $1500 for a tooth extraction, upper denture and lower partial and a cleaning. Keep in mind I have insurance. I went ahead and paid the full amount up front. Big mistake! At the first appointment, i asked the lady is there a warranty and she said yes 7 years and then printed off a part of their website that said 7 year warranty. She even went on to say if i drop them in the sink and they break, they would be covered. (my mistake for not going on the website to confirm what an employee-i believe she was office manager at that, had told me) I had to BEGGGGGG to have my toothache pulled WEEKS later because i believe the first 3 or 4 visits were all about dentures and finally i got to the point that I couldnt stand the pain any longer. I believe i had called on a Thursday and they didnt have any appointments available so i would have to wait till Monday and i said well what about Saturday and they said oh well we are not open and i said your sign says you are. I had to BEGGGGG to have my original toothache pulled because i was in so much pain I couldnt deal with it. The top dentures ( I had dentures previously so it was just a new set) was so loose that everytime i would talk they would fall out and i was like i am not happy. The tech told me there was nothing they could do. I said then I want my money back. she went and got the dentist. The dentist came in and said there was nothing they could do, again i said i want my money back. She said they couldnt do that and I said well your sign says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They finally agreed to put a liner or something and I havent had any issues with the top dentures.I also mentioned to this same tech that i didnt like a red line that showed up in the bottom partial. She said there was nothing they could do to get rid of it. So i sucked it up since it was on the inside of my mouth and wouldnt be noticeable.I was finally done with all the appointments to get my tooth pulled, new set of top dentures, new lower partial to include the area where I had the tooth pulled and a tooth cleaning about TENNNNNNNNN visits later. I believe my last appointment was May 2022.Fast forward to today May 2023, my partial BROKE so i talked to the receptionist yesterday and she said to come in before 830 today. I do this, she comes back and says well, i looked up your account and these are not in warranty any longer. First of all, you couldnt look at that yesterday before I drove in? Second, I was told by your I believe office manager (she had alot of cool tattoos but I cant remember her name) that my stuff was covered for 7 years. NOT ONCE did she specify that it was only the top dentures that would be covered for 7 years.Let me also say I had a previous upper denture and lower partial that I had gotten from AFFORDABLE DENTURE 16 years previous that are STILL in tact and I had them in TWO visits, including one adjustment visit.I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Complete nightmare. Stay away. I paid $3000 up front to have 2 crowns done at this location. 3 months later and now I'm dealing with a major malocclusion issue and have to get one of the crowns replaced by a new dentist. The crown was made too low so I couldn't even bite properly without my back teeth sliding and hitting different teeth. When I went back in to complain that the crown needed to be replaced, they just ignored me and adjusted it to make it worse. Altogether, going to Aspen Dental has costed me way more than if I just took the pain and waited to see a reputable dentist practice. I should have known from day one when they tried to upsell dental procedures like you are buying a gym membership. Last but not least, they charged me for procedures that were not even completed on my follow-up visit. After confronting the office manager about the charges, he told me it was a mistake and the charges would be refunded. 3 weeks later the charges were not refunded so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Even though it was Aspen Dental's mistake for charging me for false procedures that I was not supposed to receive, they blocked my phone number at the Tulsa hills location and customer support. Aspen Dental is a monopoly that preys on low-income patients using Google Adwords to be the first result in Google searches for dentists near you. My advice, keep scrolling a bit further and you will be much happier going somewhere else. I can assure you that.
