Been a client for 10+ years and I couldn’t tell you why other than just the account being established. This company has been committing unethical practices and they continue to give me the run around. Deposited a check on 10.2 into one of my accounts and on 10.3 they locked all my accounts and refused to give me any rhyme or reason behind it. On behalf of me being a consume they have up to 7 days to verify funds on a check, and they dont have the right the block my posted funds to verify the check. I had to hunt Anthony the manager at this location to get an answer the he over promised several days ago and his direct supervisor Natilee I’d that’s her name and her direct supervisor both were supposed to call with a resolution and neither of them did. Now I will be canceling my accounts and contacting the federal reserve to review how this bank is handling their accounts because, with a few key details missing from this post my consumer rights have been violated.

All I can say is THANK YOU Gerald Ward! i had to do a close/reopen last week, which I did over the phone. It ended up being a mess. I went into the branch location and Gerald was wonderful and took care of everything for me. He's a great asset to Arvest.

So while assisting my grandmother I’ve come to realize that this is one of the slowest branches I’ve ever been to . I believe some of the tellers aren’t even competent enough to handle a simple transaction. Arvest I believe you really need to check into this branch . We will be taking our business else where.

took off early from work two days this week, 6/22/2021 get there at 5pm, lobby doors are locked, get there at 4:05 pm 6/23/2021 lobby doors are locked. Note: posted lobby hours on the door says lobby open until 6pm. I pull around to the drive through see that there is people inside wait 5 minutes and still no assistance. call customer service 28 minute wait to speak to a live person while still sitting in the drive through. still no assistance other than to come earlier in the day. i work for a living shouldnt the banks accomodate the working class and not the unemployeed? Taking off at 2pm to withdrawel all funds and moving to a bank that accomodates working class people.

The customer service is horrible, it’s like dealing with a bunch of pre-schoolers. First of all you will spend a long time waiting to speak with a person. Then when you do it’s like talking to a brick wall. Also when you go into the branch it’s even worse. I don’t know how anyone can/would deal with them.

I HATE GOING TO THIS PARTICULAR ARVEST... Every Time I Go To This Bank, Every Time There Is A Line All The Way To The Door And Nothing Is Done About It Not Even A " Thank You For Your Patience I'll Be Right With You" NOTHING! I Was Literally In Line For About 15 Minutes At The Door Mind You Until I Decided To Leave...Not Very Professional!
