Not a good bank for business owners. They can close your accounts without notice and any account you may be associated with. If they didn't won't my business that's fine but we had no opportunity to change and redirect direct deposits, payments, etc...

Disappointed that they have made very little effort to open the branches for in store banking.

Jessica K. made me, a small business owner, feel like I'm opening a million dollar account with her amazing customer service. She was so polite and patient. Can't brag on her enough!! Great hire, Arvest! Thanks Jessica! You made everything so simple and made my day. :) Sincerely, Tulsalseros Dance Company

Doing the right thing does not appear to be important, our car was damaged by their VP, Brett Myers but our attempts to reach him multiple times have been unsuccessful.

Staff was friendly. Had to wire some money for a house I was finalizing about 5-6 hours later that day. The down-payment came in from NYC, from a non-Arvest bank within an hour of being wired. So, you'd think Arvest, being in the same state I was buying the house in, would have it wired well within an hour.Nope.It's a mad race 5 hours later when the wire still hadn't gone through. I have to hit up the closest Arvest while the agency is calling their contacts. Luckly, someone at the signing agency managed to reach someone in the Arvest wire department, and they pushed it through. Lesson learned. If you're dealing with Arvest, even in state, maybe give them a couple of days or something. Or go with a bank in NYC, they seem to be on the ball. Side note, it's a 25$ fee to wire money, even for members of 10+ years. It's probably on some paper I signed, but it was definitely not mentioned, and leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you get an alert about a fee hitting your account.

Employees were extremely unprofessional. I overheard multiple employees talking about customers personal finances and ssn information out loud. When I asked the manager if this is aloud, she laughed, and asked me to "try and control these kids".

Arvest Bank contributed $25,000 in the campaign against State Question 788, medical marijuana. Why so much money and what did they have to gain from attempting to defeat this measure?

I have an account at Arvest. The most polite, professional, and helpful employee I have encountered there is Anthony Carpenter.
