Large bones teller seems to take joy in being a rude, arrogant, “NO” person. This location seems to attract employees that aren’t happy, and don’t want anyone else to be either.

I've had a ton of issues with this bank and have decided to switch banks after being with Arvest for almost a decade. I went in to close my account and had the same bank teller both times I tried to close my account. This particular teller did not have a name tag, so I don't know his name. But he accidentally closed someone else's account (who had a different first name) and was about to give me their money when I only had a dollar on my account. He seemed to blame me for his mistake, even after seeing my ID. He made some rude remarks that I do not appreciate. And he seemed to be inconvenienced each time he helped me. Not cool.However, the assistant manager, Allison, is awesome!! She helped me out both times I went in as well and helped me sort out some issues I was having. She even gave me a call back when they were able to finally close my account. I appreciate the work she is doing and was so sweet. Thank you Allison!!

Couple of members from the same family bank here. One got denied a withdrawal because of a limit supposedly. Yet someone from the same family got the same amount withdrawn.Another family member got denied a deposit. Teller told member it was past 90 days and the check is still within range. Have had problems with this location several times.

Big shout out to the rep named Norman! I was there to add someone to my account and there was a really unusual issue that came up. He worked almost two hours making calls, sending emails, etc, to get the situation resolved. Really appreciated his expertise and the time he took to help us out.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Hailea our FSR. She took us before our appointed time, and we showed up VERY early. She made sure to thoroughly answer any and all of our questions. We really appreciated the care and time she took in making us feel welcome.
