I had made a call to cancel my account everything “went well”, money was still being taken out of savings so i called once again to cancel, they said they would cancel it and send me something through the mail in a week, one month later, the account still exist, nothing in the mail, i call again they say they cant cancel it unless they do something in specific, when the last two calls nothing was said about what they had told me. This is NOT a good bank

Slow slow slow, it has gotten ridiculous! I have spent many hours of my life waiting on them to finish my transactions! They need to get it together. If I made my customers wait like this I would probably have to close up!!

Been cashing my checks here for the last 3 months. With the same 2 ID's every week. Today they turned down my second form of ID. It's a state license. Even cashed it at another location before. They have accepted the second form of ID

Every time I go here to take money out of my account or to cash a check theirs like ten to twenty people in line and waiting for at least 30 min. They have at least four people to check out customers and only two available. It's ridiculous

Arvest is always good. Not too long of a wait. Change counting machine in lobby.

Employees not friendly at all. They talk too much to each other and forget about the line of people waiting to be helped. They don't know how to make someone feel welcomed. Uptight people.

I went in and they did not accept my passport ID had to drive back home went to a different bank location and they accepted it you guys need to train your employees or not have rude people helping.

It was a pleasure to have been served by Wendy Alvarado Cruz, she is a worker who is very focused on her work, very responsible, very attentive, answers all questions and helps you with everything you need.
