When I arrived, all the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic to help me when I didn’t understand, especially two LADY I met, HANNAH and IRIS . They are lovely and very enthusiastic about their work, giving detailed instructions to improve my business. I recommend is a 10/10.

Recently I attempted to withdraw funds from my Arvest account via cashier's check. I was in person and had all needed identity verification. My account was subsequently locked for fraud and Arvest was trying to give me the run around about trying to get my money. I was not notified by any direct means from Arvest, and the ultimate resolution was Arvest unilaterally closing my account because in their words it wasn't a "mutually beneficial relationship" and printing me out a cashier's check for the full account value after much back and forth with the bank. I was given no information as to why all this drama was caused in the first place. Stay away from this bank. They will happily take your deposits but they will put you through hell to make a withdrawal.

Ive been banking with arvest for years. My credit card is in good standings. 100% on time payments and no debt to the bank. But yet they can't help me refinance my car or a house or anything helpful because of moderate credit. NOT bad credit moderate. This is by far the worst financial institution ever. BOK or even Bank first is better than arvest And they are actually willing to work with their customers. Arvest is slowly loosing business and I hope nation wide people realize what I did and drop them. Arvest needs to be closed down. TD Bank offered the same card rates and loans at lower interest. And they work with bad credit. Arvest doesn't know how to help people with banking.

So glad I don't bank here anymore!!!I just tried to cash a check from arvest. And they want to charge a 5 dollar fee..Plus you yave to come inside with 2 forms of ID!! I see why they only have 2.7 rating

I always see 3-4 tellers in the drive thru on weekdays but apparently they can only handle one car at a time.

They are not worried about helping people. I Sat in the drive for 30 minutes, never got helped.
I even pushed the call button told the guy with braces i just wanted a withdrawal and after 2 cars that was there after me had already drove off, I pushed the call button again and after 10 more minutes no one came on so I left too.

Numerous times they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs, even taking the time to find the answer to questions when they could have just said they didn't know. I no longer live as close as I used to but when I need something out of the ordinary I make time to go to them. Even during the pandemic they do the best they can. ?

Horrifically slow service, additional fees charged without prior notice, harassment by requiring originally provided documents to be reproduced to close an account-obtain back ones own money. Waited over an hr just to withdraw our own money.
