I don't what's going on but to not be able to call and do something as simple as check a balance is ridiculous, holiday or not....worked on all the others...tried 3 different numbers now I have to waste gas just to go to atm and check...slacking real bad here lately

Arvest Bank is disappointing in that almost all locations close at 4PM. This location is atleast open until 5PM. It is very inconvenient to bank here. I don't feel that management considers how it's hours do a disservice in customer care.
