“The selection was great, prices were good. The delivery driver was professional ,kind, and did a great job. The salesman I bought it from was a bit abrupt,cold, and acted non interested in me as a customer and I came in to buy , not look around. I think he sized me up when I walked in an made an assumption that I was a time waster. Once I mentioned to him that he was a bit rude, he did somewhat apologize and answered my questions and acted a tad nicer. A smile goes a long ways which he seemed incapable of. I won’t let his actions keep me from buying at Hahns and do recommend the company.”

Our washing machine went bad over the weekend and we got online and picked out a new one. I called Appliance Solutions and Violet was amazing to talk to and she answered all of our questions. “LG freezer was frosting a LOT! Ethan found the rubber thingie wasn’t sealing tightly on the right side. Cleared out all the frost; took out the drawers, checked everywhere. Seals working now. No replacement/fix required. If frosts up again, he’ll come back. But so far good. We’re both guessing it got fouled up when the uppper tray/drawer got cockeyed a few weeks ago (I fixed that - honest!). Very satisfied; timely; friendly; efficient. Thanks!”

“Micah Craft helped me find the right product when my ispu (in store pick up.) order couldn’t be found. I chose an open box jbl soundbar rated with excellent sticker on package as an alternative. Chose to return the item same day after opening the package and noticed missing items (remote, hdmi cable, and manual.) came back and talk to an associate at the front door and was offered a refund or exchange. We went back to electronics and Micah greeted us and he found the original product I placed an is order earlier that was missing. He asked if he could go find it and check, he found it in mins. What makes Micah different is his approach and he makes you feel valued. He listens and he can turn an escalation into “I have your back moment” Thank you for Micah for taking the time to assist us. Great experience and will refer him by name. Btw, the sound bar works great and love using the dtsvx and surround options on the remote, definitely makes a difference in the sound!”
“I have always had the best employee interactions at this location. Every single person I’ve talked to is so helpful and kind. Today in particular, Nick saw me eyeing a portable air conditioner wondering how I was going to get it into my cart and immediately jumped in and offered to help me out. Not only did he load it into my cart, but he also waited for me at the front and loaded it into my car. I frequent home improvement stores often as I purchased a fixer-upper and have been in renovations for a year and this is by far my favorite place in Tulsa. Thank you Central Tulsa Home Depot!”

“I especially love that Best Buy has great curbside delivery. They are quick to bring your items out to the car. However, I have learned that it is extremely easy to order from the wrong store via the app. More than once I have had to drive across Tulsa to another store regardless of how carefully I place my order. I think that there needs to be an adjustment to the app to help prevent this, although I will continue to try to see why this is so easy to do.”
“We have bought numerous appliances from Hahn for our home as well as our daughter's. We may look at the box stores including Costco because of the buying incentives they offer with a credit card purchase like free delivery, haul away, and extended warranty; but always end up buying at Hahn because we know they will not abandon us immediately after the sale is closed. That personalized customer service is a necessity today because the durability and quality is so random. We appreciate the online access for info from Michael Day at the main store as well our recent experience at the Warehouse store buying from Elizabeth and our excellent delivery team of Fransisco and Nicholas. We've also experienced the outstanding customer service from the manager, Jeff, who will go to great lengths to make sure the customer is satisfied with every stage of the sale and delivery.
