I agree with all other comments about door number one, I couldn't imagine having to use that one. I was in door 4 and the blind side backing wasn't hard but it wasn't easy either. Other than that, very quick...in and OUT. I've added pics because on Google maps it still looks like an empty lot so it was hard for me to trip plan the day before

Very polite, fast and unrivaled receiving. I checked in half an hour before my appointment with no issue at all. As a matter of fact, I didn't even have to go inside the facility to check-in, as soon as the receiver saw me pull into the yard he opened the dock door where he wanted me in and from there it was a breeze!! Thank you, I appreciate companies that make an effort to make it easier on drivers who are out here for weeks, if not months at time without a home cooked meal or the warm embrace of their families! Thank you!!

They were pretty fast but if you’re not a well trained driver you may struggle with backing up here. Ask for help, but also get out to look so you can be sure you’re not hitting something or someone.

Unloaded within 1 hour 37 minutes. Slide tandems to the rear, they give you a battery powered bolt cutter to remove your bolt. Place in back of trailer along with paperwork.

As I was pulling in the door opened and said back in we'll unload 32 minutes pulling out empty. SUPER. Nice staff. To bad AB isn't like that. Because I would definitely be back.

Dude was opening the dock door for me as I was pulling in. Took my paperwork from the dock backed in, unloaded in 30. 8am in for 10am appointment . Super nice people. No overnight parking. However can park on nearby streets as per other reviewers.

Poor service to small retailers. Orders lost and therefore not delivered. Order placed. Was notified that it would be delivered and then cancelled without notice over a misunderstanding that could have been cleared up by an email or phone call. I guess it was just easier to cancel.
