I have shopped at Amber Marie for quite some time, usually the experience is pleasant. However, redeeming a gift card or making a return is close to impossible. My last trip to Amber Marie was today. I went in to return a gift given to me for my birthday in mid July. The woman who assisted me was dismissive, impatient, and rude. When I mentioned that I couldn't come back to the store if I was going to get treated that way, she responded, "good!"

Everything I've bought from Amber Marie has arrived well packed and in great shape. Definitely high quality at a great cost. Did I mention once a month you can play virtual blingo for amazing prizes?!?

Great store. The major down fall is they stay open only until 6pm everyday even on Saturdays. Which makes it hard for people who work until 5 or later (which is the majority of the population) to ever get a chance to go shop there.

Return policy is unrealistic. Bought something less than 30 days ago (not Christmas related) and was told 10 day return policy. So even if you’re sick and can’t leave, they don’t care. Poor customer service.

I have always loved shopping at Amber Marie and have recommended it to all my friends and family because of the amazing selection of items. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a couple of gift items for Christmas and we discovered one was broken when it was opened. I returned to the store today with the intention of hopefully exchanging the item. Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by a sales associate. She asked to help me and I attempted to explained I had a broken item I needed to return or exchange. Before I could ask to exchange the item, I was quickly informed there would be absolutely no returns for Christmas related items and she proceeded to point out there were signs placed all over the store indicating such. Since the item was fairly inexpensive, it wasn’t the fact that I couldn’t return the item, it was the way I was treated and felt very devalued as a customer. I then attempted to leave the defective item with the associate and received the response of “ you bought it, you keep it”. Very unprofessional.

So I thought I'd give this place a chance to do some local Christmas shopping. Ugh! It's sensory overload in there with too much stuff crammed in there! Hard to even comprehend what they have. Also, they have a no-return policy on their Christmas items, over heard someone at the counter wanting to return some ornaments that still had the price tag attached, she had the receipt too, stating the color she chose wasn't a good match for what she needed, they wouldn't even let her return for store credit. Really CRAPPY customer service. I can tell that place is all about the money! No thank you! I left without spending a dime. Won't be back.

Absolutely love this special boutique! Full of friendly ladies that always have a smile and happy to see you! I recently moved to Joplin, Mo and just seen my email, I missed the Christmas open house this year, I’m so sad! Friends, go shop here, you will definitely be pleased at all the unique items and enjoy the atmosphere. I always can count on help from these ladies to find the perfect things I need and leave with a smile!!

What a shining jewel tucked into this South Tulsa neighborhood! My absolute go to for good candles, fine home fragrances,and beautiful things. The staff is absolutely charming, caring, and carrying on in this fine Tulsa tradition. Thank you Amber Marie & Co. for being there.

ordered a mask from this company because they were local and I wanted to support local business. I finally received it weeks later and its literally just a scrap of material cut in an oval with two holes cut out to stretch over the ears. its fraying everywhere and is the most pitiful thing I've ever seen!! poor poor quality!! so very disappointed
