We do not get the correct equipment even after talking with them on the phone. We sometimes get equipment that is faulty. We received a canister of oxygen that was empty and one was not delivered to replace it. There are days that no one answers the phone. I cannot obtain a corporate number. This is not a service that cares about people who need the oxygen, in my experience and opinion. Looking for a new company

I have never been a patient/customer of an organization where you have to work harder that the company/vendor does. Initial process just to get a CPAP machine was difficult at best. Then for my first supply reorder, the order was confirmed and disappeared into thin air. Every interaction has been accompanied by ample excuses. If I were the CEO, I'd be amply embarrassed. A shame that Google reviews don't allow for zero stars. Have asked my physician to remove them from their referral lists.

Michael was very nice and very professional. He made sure everything was working great and made sure that I didn’t need anything else. He made sure to ask if I had any questions or not.

I called this morning to have someone come to open my oxygen tank and Hunter showed up about an hour later to take care of it. I highly recommend this company.

Worst company ever! Moms air machine was beeping on a Friday night and the tech that I talked to(Hunter) was very crass and said that ‘due to a billing issue that you would have to call back during business hours. On MONDAY! So now my mother is in the hospital due to a billing issue with insurance! There is a cost to a persons life insurance policy guess. I bet if Hunters mom was in my mother’s it would get done. There are special places for people like this.

Tony was our technician and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He explained everything about ordering and wrote everything down since it’s a lot to remember. He was very helpful and very thorough and made sure we understood everything before leaving. We told him how much we appreciated his patience with slow learning and older customers! He truly was a professional!
