The jewelry repair man was really nice! He knew how to add a battery to my new Swarovski clock. Also, he added a link to my Tag Hauer watch. He was courteous and helpful!

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted warmly by everyone. I had several pieces of jewelry to be prepared and resized. Everything was handled with care. All questions were answered professionally. I knew my jewelry would be in good hands. Abby’s will always be our first choice as it’s our favorite place to buy and repair jewelry

My husband and I have spent much money buying my jewelry from Abby. I have a tennis bracelet that will not stay together and it keeps breaking. I have had terrible reactions to their rings breaking my skin out and they were not cheap. Abbys jewelry did take one ring back traded me for another ring but here I am again with another ring thats eaten at my skin and I cannot put it on. The tennis bracelet has broken numerous times and it again has broken. We are highly upset with Abbys jewelry and we are now going elsewhere as we can not trust in Abbys jewelry falling apart.

Abby's is a family owned business, and you can tell because you are treated like family. Their customer service is remarkable and prices can't be beat. Even when I just go in to get a watch battery, they treat me like a valued customer.
