Maybe I went in against my better judgment to have a watch repaired, came out with it broken beyond repair. While waiting for that, asked to see 14k hoops, bought what I was shown only to look at them when I got home and they had no 14k stamp on them. I called them and was told all sales are final. They were taken to a reputable jeweler & was told they are 10k. Whatever you do, do not go into this den of thieves and buy anything. You can buy 10k @ Walmart!

Super helpful gentlemen and a great selection of jewelry. Really nice security guard as well. Not bad to look at either.Sadly I will not be returning as my last visit was so uncomfortable. The lady who was sent to assist would not listen. Then other customers entered and announced when they arrived that she was too busy wanting to get to them instead of helping me and sent me away with no resolve.

The best jewelry store I've ever been in. The service is top notch. Abby and all of her crew are the friendliest. Family owned and run. Local. Her prices are the best around. Honesty is key, and they pride themselves on that. They are transparent when it comes too jewelry and the truth about jewelry mark up... I 100% recommend Abbys jewelry...

Shout out to Abby's Jewelry, they are hands down the best place to get your jewelry. If anything goes wrong with your jewelry, they fix or replace for free. The loyalty and great kindness they've shown me and my wife I'm grateful. Merry Christmas Abby's!

I needed a last minute Christmas gift for my wife! I called Abby’s and Mohamed answered the phone. They were 20 minutes away from closing and I was on my way! Abby greated me along with her full staff! She listened to my needs and boy did she deliver! I found thee perfect gift for my wife and at a great price! Abby also wrapped my gift in a beautiful gift box with bow! Let’s just say Abby you have gained another satisfied customer! Thank you for saving my Christmas! I felt like family! I went in for a watch battery replacement in Tulsa and fell in love with a mother of pearl cuff. The diamonds were exquisite. I took several pics to send to my husband for gift ideas! The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and not too salesy. Just right! I’ll be back soon.

I would recommend this businessI’ve dealt with Ms. Abby for about two years now and it’s always profesional in dealing with her personally, her staff and her son’s “Abdul” is whom I usually do business with and he is a master at what he does very fair in pricing and negotiating.It’s a family establishment and they definitely make you feel like family when handling you as a customer. Miss Abby is well versed in jewelry band knows her stuff!They work with you and treat you like a human and are accommodating to your circumstance. The jewelry I’ve purchased over the years is top quality and for the price is good.They offer a range of services with sizing, layaway, and even repairing items you’ve purchased. I couldn’t have chose a better place to do business with.I will always be a returning customer!

Went in the store to replace a battery for my watch. Was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked into the door. I even had them clean my wedding ring. They even recommended how to keep my ring looking brand new. All of the gentleman were really friendly. I would definitely recommend them and will be back!

Went to Abby’s twice to get my engagement ring tightened. They did a fantastic job both times and were prompt at getting me my ring back. The people in the store are very friendly and have great customer service! I highly recommend!

Today I went in to Abby’s jewelry store on Harvard to look for a new necklace to hold my grandkids’ names pendant I had received as a gift several years ago. I discussed this directly with Abby herself. She could’ve taken advantage of me but she suggested just replacing the clasp which cost less & with the original necklace, looked just fine. Also, the rings I had from my mom were appraised and after sizing my finger, it fit me without any other adjustments!!! Just a little Windex sprayed on my finger slid it right on. I was so happy! Abby took the time to explain and give me time to think what I wanted to do.I will always come back to Abby’s if I need any other jewelry care. You should too.
