We emptied out January 31 and we're told a 30 day notice was required so we paid February with it empty. It's June and their still taking the rent out of our account . They don't answer the phone and we live 5 hours away so we changed our account number to stop it . Women at desk and security guard are vile .

My friend recommended this place and I am so happy he did. This is a great place to store your belongings. The owner, and managers are very nice and friendly. Payment is streamlined and straightforward , I have it set up on autopay online and it comes out of my account every month. No surprises and no hidden fees. It’s safe, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it

Excellent place to store your belongings. I recently sold my house and moved my furniture to this place. I am very happy . Rent is reasonable and place is well maintained . I highly recommend this place

I feel like my my belongings are safe and secure at this facility. I also like the fact that since the new owners have taken over there have been very nice upgrades. I highly recommend it.

Staff is wonderful an very helpful. always responds quickly to any questions I had because this was my 1st time using a storage unit. Its in a Great location with easy access and has lots of exterior lights on at night. Affordable and safe . Highly recommended this storage unit facility

Really well maintained and located in a great area with easy access. Owner made it easy to rent and gave peace of mind knowing they have offsite surveillance. Couldn’t recommend more! Will be using again.

Have had instances where I can't get in the gate, several times. Then the guy never wants to answer the phone. Says to text and you get a faster response, even that doesn't work most of the time. Dude still doesn't hardly ever answers. My fiancé has a unit we needed things out of and dude couldn't even be bothered with calling the guy on site to have him open the gate for me so that I may get some much needed things out of the unit. Now he's wanting a good review for a $100 amazon gift card, which is why I'm even on here posting.

I admit I was leery about Myloc not having someone on the premesis to directly assist me when I was looking for a storage unit. Have to say, though, I'm glad I didn't let that stop me. They are very responsive. VERY responsive! Please don't let that put you off from an excellent self-storage experience with Myloc. :D
