Came into this place to do my finger print. While the lady's were busy handling calls and customers. Barbara stopped me and told me to sit back down in the waiting area and said I needed to be checked in before I can even use the restroom when i have an appointment already.. everyone else was kind and respectful, but Barbara definitely needs to learn some common sense and be more respectful when handling customer.

Came here to get finger printed. Walked in the lobby and there were 2 ladies on the phone that understandably didn't acknowledge me. However, there were 2 additional ladies at a computer that could have easily stopped and asked what I needed, but they continued their conversation amongst each other and never said a word to me. I sat on the couch for a few minutes before getting up to go to the back to see if there was someone else. There, I found another lady who told me the fingerprinting services were down, and that the ladies in the front should have said that to me...... Not sure why I received such poor service when all of the recent reviews are so positive.

Went here to use the fingerprint service for identogo. Everyone was friendly and nice. Finger prints were quick and easy even though the person doing them was booked one after the other.

The lockout preventer on my truck for whatever reason didn't prevent my truck from locking even in park with the engine on. I called AAA, as a plus member I get free lockout help. They responded pretty quickly within 20 minutes. However my truck windows are tinted quite dark and it makes it hard to see. The "lockout technician" tried for approximately 4 minutes before giving up, being super rude and calling someone else to come deal with me because apparently I'm an annoyance. I'm passed, now it's going to take over an hour for someone else to show up and help me and the" technician is in his air conditioner car and I'm sitting in 100° heat sweating my nuts off.

I met with my Agent Cindy Massey and talked over my policies. I got Kim to make me a Triptik for my trip next month. They were both wonderful and helpful.

Talk about bait and switch, paid for plus and got a tow for 16miles. Now I owe the tow guy $55 because I'm not a plus member. Would not recommend I'm now out $128 for a simple tow.

Update:AAA has responded and I have provided the contact information to my RV friends. AAA has asked me to take this review down but I advised I am waiting to see the resolution of the issue first.VERY DISAPPOINTED in service my RVing friends are dealing with at a campground outside Norman, OK. Their motor home battery blew and they have AAA RV. When we left the camp yesterday they had been waiting for a few hours for someone from AAA to show up as promised by AAA Roadside assist operator. The Rv has been setting at the campground since yesterday. After several hours yesterday and multiple calls AAA finally said they could not help and will NOT provide towing anywhere! Now it is the next day They are still trying to find a mobile repair to get batteries for their class A motor home. The delay now is that it is raining and repair won’t come out in the rain. Fortunately they live near Tulsa so we’re able to go home and drive back out this am. They had pulled out out the campsite when the failure occurred so they are sitting at the side of the road and can’t hook up to utilities. Guess AAA RV does not actually cover anything. So those of you who have an RV, look elsewhere for roadside assistance!
