I believe the gentleman's name was Ricky. He came to a client's house today and worked on my client's truck A 2021 Chevy.
He Got it started for us. He was very friendly and very helpful with the any questions I asked about how to prevent the truck battery from draining.

AAA is the designated place to have pre employment fingerprints done. Convenient location. The only bad part was having your fingers smashed during the process

Went in to get my fingerprinted. Everything was fine until later when one of the guy ask for my form of payment and driver license, which I gave him and just for him to tell me that he couldn’t process my payment because the payment card wasn’t under my name so it will bounce back and decline. (First time hearing that) However he told me, if the person that the card belongs to was here, he could have processed it. Which makes no sense. Why would it matter whether if the person was here or not? It would’ve still decline because the card is not under my name. I understand fraudulence but to say one thing and then another. It does not make sense.
So I told him I’ll make a quick call, and then I saw someone coming in for fingerprint so I told him that he can take the next person. Which he told me “I’m not going to wait” and the tone was very disrespectful. I understand that I’m not the only person to get my fingerprint done but he did not need to be rude about it. He could’ve phrased it differently.

Their accidental ins is not worth it. If you get hurt you cannot go to a dr you have to go to the emergency room and have to file a claim with your auto insurance first

Had a appointment yesterday to get my finger print done. The machine was down and they said i would have to reschedule. Drove over a hour just for the lady to be snarky like it wasn't her problem. Very unprofessional, i did not receive a text or call or even email. To let me know prior that the machine was down.

Used their Amazon hub to pick up my packages. Very helpful employees and they gave a good customer experience. Answered my questions. Overall I would give them 5 stars.

Came into this place to do my finger print. While the lady's were busy handling calls and customers. Barbara stopped me and told me to sit back down in the waiting area and said I needed to be checked in before I can even use the restroom when i have an appointment already.. everyone else was kind and respectful, but Barbara definitely needs to learn some common sense and be more respectful when handling customer.
