Hi Team,
I have been using Safeco auto insurance for the past couple of years, paying approximately $143.29 monthly.
In February 2023, Safeco auto insurance company added a guest, who was a guest in my home for one month during 2022, to my auto insurance policy without my approval. Guest is not a family member and stayed at my house for only one month as a guest in 2022. I did not contact Safeco or anyone else to add him to my insurance policy.
As a result, Safeco has been charging additional money to my credit card for the past ~2 years. I only discovered these extra charges recently while looking for other insurance quotes.
In February 2024, I noticed a payment of $175.38 instead of the usual $143.29 for January 2024. I called Safeco customer service to ask why the price increased from $143.29 to $175.38 without notifying me.
The Safeco representative explained that the price increase was due to rising costs and accident rates in my area, but they did not mention anything about the additional driver or related costs.
When I raised my concern with Safeco, they clearly stated they cannot refund the extra charges of the past two years for an unknown driver added to my account.
Please help me get my refund from Safeco and protect other customers from facing similar issues with Safeco.
This is completely unfair. Please help me obtain the refund.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had with AAA. AS big as the company is corporate could not help me with a $174.00 verification issue with the OK DMV not having my insurance info in their system so I called the local AAA office at 31st and Garnett and the insurance agent helped fixed the issue even though they are not my agent. The lady there was over and above and deserves big kuddos. Thanks Louie Rojas and staff. You made my day!

AAA Insurance office near 31st and Garnet is a great place to get your insurance needs taken care of. They aren't the place to call for roadside service, they are the place to get a new policy if you need one! Louie Rojas can compare prices of some different companies and he will get you the best deal to fit your needs. Check him out when the need arises.

I had been going to that particular location to pay my bill since2012. This year i paid cash as i have in the past but for some reason it didn't post i lost my receipt so i can't prove it but i paid it. However i went back and paid with my CC. But i will never use this location again. Because i believe the clerk kept my $. So if you use this location be careful check your receipt carefully. SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS AND SHE. IS A THIEF!!!
